  1. I was considering to do so. probably will edit them a bit more. But yeah, I may get around to sharing them sooner or later.
  2. Hello, I made this stock Kopernicus replica recently: Link for the full post: Thanks!
  3. Hello all, For some time,I have been toying with the Idea of a Constellation spacecraft, and have finally got some designs I like: Ares V: Three Ares V's were used to construct my Kopernicus, one transporting the habitat module, and two others transporting fuel. Ares V second stage Ares I: A single Ares I transports the Orion crew capsule with three astronauts (I know, the real Orion would have carried six astronauts, but I could not make a good six-person model). Ares I second stage And the Orion crew capsule in orbit. Kopernicus: Here is the Kopernicus with the Orion radially docked in a 150 km orbit. It has three nuclear engines and a separable fuel tank in the middle, like the real planned spacecraft. Thanks!
  4. Actually, this thread probably ought to be closed, or at least merged. because there have been countless other threads about why the runway is too short, as well as asking for an upgrade to the KSC in general.
  5. Have fun explaining that to your boss! Glad to hear that they are finally relaunching an F9 1st stage. By the way, is the CRS-8 being used for any technical reason or just for good luck?
  6. It is hard to have any update so big to justify a v 2.0 for such a game. Probably KSP will stay in v 1+ pretty much forever, or at least the next few years. If Squad can increase their manpower, and maybe make a few more games, then a v 2.0 may be in distant sight. But until, and if, that time, we are stuck in some version of 1.0. As for what v 2.0 may contain, I would think some kind of story focused game play.
  7. The Mod Kerbin Side adds a good number of new launch sites, but it only works with 1.1.3 as far as I know. Welcome to the forums @notasgood.
  8. As for my two cents, a single large base indeed does not make much sense, at it is hard to launch at once, and also hard to land a large docked assembly. Some contracts do indeed require a certain number of kerbals at a certain place, and yes, then you do need a large-ish base. But a "Mars One" Scheme tends to go well with that, with modules on wheels that you cam dock one the ground. Otherwise, you can just send as lot of small capsules for a cheaper and almost as cool looking colony. P.S. @Sharpy, where is that base, and that huge spire in your 3rd pic, is that just a bunk of Mk 1 fuselages, or a component from some mod?
