Heavy bouncing if landing on a slope. Usually, my tiny rockets do powered landing, then sometimes tip over and fall to the side. But on gaia, everything seems to be made of rubber, and the rocket just bounces around and starts to loose some parts. Part of the lore?- 2,454 replies

I didn't change anything, if that's what you want to say. Funny thing, the stock explore contracts, after doing an EVA in gaias orbit, the next contract is an unpaid (4 SC and 7Rep) flyby of Olu'um. What a gap of progress?!?- 2,454 replies

Ofc, here is the mod-list And for the situations when this happenes: NOT in the main game menu NOT in KSC first picture was from the tracking station second picture was from a launched vessel, prelaunch, still sitting at KSC launchpad, looking straight up both "bugs" come from the same problem, being the northern hemisphere having correct brightnes, but the southern doesnt. cheers!- 2,454 replies

I guess you're right about the SAS'es, but changing the authority limiter gives you a visual feedback. I always was unsure if the mod actually worked, and it seems you can't change the table inflight (maybe that was the problem all along). I don't understand your question, all I did was changing from altering the ctrlsurfacerange (in degree) to altering the authoritylimiter property (percentage) to have a visual representation. -

Hi there, i like the idea of the dynamic deflection, but in my imagination, shouldnt the stock "Authority Limiter" be affected? I'm not using FAR, thus StockModule is used, and thus-thus changing controlSurface.ctrlSurfaceRange means what? I "think" i saw some SAS overshooting, and stuff like stock SAS or Mechjebs SmartASS would love to see stock values being changed, to account that for their controllers. Or is it just not updating the ingame UI? EDIT: could you use authorityLimiter instead of ctrlSurfaceRange? And i just tested playing around with the % Deflect values at 0 and 40kPa, and nothing really changed. 1.3 btw. EDIT2: forked it, need to get VS17 to compile that case ... when stuff... :-) EDIT3: love it ; if you like it @Crzyrndm, i can PR it. Anyone else, the DLL and Defaults.cfg you need for that change is on my fork: https://github.com/blackliner/DynamicControls , -
@PyroSA It should be up2date on the CKAN. You can configure the discharge threshold in the cfg file, see a few posts earlier.

Yes they get hot whenever they are charging or discharging. As for a formula, the heating power is this new configurable * current power^2 / max power. I play with switched of heating, because of bugs during very fast warp.

That's what helped on my tiny Rover from a few pages ago. That was on the mun, but the same Rover on duna now has not enough solar power anymore.

I know about the unmanned penalty, that's ok. Glad you like the speed penalty as an alternative to a complete strike.

Can I configure/disable the check for EC? Because on my tiny Rover I am missing 0.1 EC/s.. can't you just lower the max speed instead of killing the Rover totally?
