  1. Give me 2 minutes... Edit: Can confirm oscillation. Edit Deux: Can confirm oscillation stopped by autostrutting everything. May want to check that. After autostrutting everything the oscillation does not appear. Check if you have stuff autostrutted in your version. (might as well tag @1Revenger1 just to see)
  2. Klond has already given a very nice stock answer, but please don't mind me chiming in here. I personally use EditorExtensionsRedux for the infinite offset thing (it also allows a bunch more useful stuff) and for bearings in turbo props, I've used Collide-o-scope to help dial in fit. It gives a visual representation of the cllider meshes, the thing to actually calculate collisions. Also, something of an idea - use the jr docking ports as decouplers - less messy and less likely to break stuff. (of course not my own original idea. This forum is great for cool little tricks in KSP!)
  3. Do you have some sort of thing to help move the stuff into alignment? It probably would be easier to dock in orbit and send it as a large package....
  4. Then yu can make the point that if you have something classified as debris, but isn't (for whatever reason) you end up with the wrong error message. Which we are trying to prevent. I do think this would be a good idea though.
  5. For those who couldn't see it. Yich. We'll get used to it soon enough.
  6. Downloaded hangar extender and tweakscale to help me. Gonna lose that one up real soon. Already started work on a 5 wide triple high one No pics sadly, but I'll try to get them soonish Gonna release both at the same time maybe Edit: Pictures, as promised
  7. WHY THOUGH??? thats like shooting yourself in the foot it seems
  8. In one save, I've fortified the entire KSC with a bunch of lasers. Wanna take it on?
  9. I know I still have a decent buffer (~600 parts or so) before my computer becomes unbearable. But those giant composite wings eat up part count fast.
  10. @TheMadKraken2297 made a big plane. I wanted to beat that in friendly competition. So I built a bigger one. Almost 1200 parts, takes up most of the SPH, uses 72 engines, and can carry 2311 kerbals (normally. For the challenge this will be entered in, it would be closer to 3600). Also makes my computer run like crap. FPS is around maybe 3 or 4.
  11. Uhhh..... i5-4690k overclocked to 4.2-4.3 ghz with a 1060 6gb? I mean, powerful, but not the beastiest thing ever. And no, but I wish I did. It actually is one of my less part intensive megabuilds (has around 1000 parts, my highest off hand is somewhere in maybe the 1800 range), but still enough to make it chug. Thinking about it though, I am starting to feel sorry for the poor soul who will have to review this craft. I'm worried I might melt something... Edit: If I do this again, I will probably grudgingly install tweakscale. Or not. I'm not sure yet. It would help a lot though....
  12. You bet. Latest still from test flights... Needs still some work though. Having issues with takeoff and the existence of landing lights.
  13. Surprisingly, yes! Without tweakscale - certainly. Without clipping is harder...
  14. Did he stuff 1500 hand warmers in his space suit because it was cold? If yes, than this is normal.
  15. In any case, the price tag is still gonna be stupidly expensive. Just look above!
  16. Hmmph. I need to make one bigger. Just to spite you. For fun of course. I don't actually hate you
  17. Banned for doing the same - we expect full 5 page 8 pt. single spaced reports for each ban. As here.
  18. Yes, but in this case its completely off. In anycase thoug, the SLT readout from mechjeb works.
  19. You could just make one out of wing panels. Or radiators. Those are a favorite aesthetic part of mine.
  20. Banned for not appreciating maniacal laughter MUAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH eck.
  21. @HeroBrian_333 - I think its pretty good. Also, this isn't like ANY of those challenges, in that I could do whatever the hell I'd like unlike with those where I have to abide by a certain set of rules. Also, there is a pretty good indicator of the winner - whoever is surviving.
