  1. I recommend using the private division support and see if there's an issue with the OSX version of the game. I have no way to test it, only having Windows 10. https://support.privatedivision.com/
  2. Use the following link and enter your email address: https://www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/downloads Hopefully that will work for you.
  3. Moved this to KSP1 Gameplay and Tutorials. Your screenshot file can't be seen in that state. Needs a web link.
  4. Cool. So its not the intel CPU issues that have been around recently. I recommend using memtest86 and doing a memory test. I recommended that to someone else in the last few days and their memory was faulty.
  5. Glad to help. I hope so too. Can you update me if KSP is running well after the replacement?
  6. I am sorry to hear that your ram is most likely the problem You have 2 options: 1. If the RAM is no longer under warrantee, try to see how many of the ram sticks is faulty, If one of them is fine then I would use that until getting replacement ram. 2. If the RAM is under warrantee, then RMA it (send it back to the store or manufacturer) but you will need to buy more ram while you wait (they will want to test it) if you want your computer to continue running. I had my ram fail maybe 4 years ago and I had to buy new ram while I waited for the old ram to be replaced, so I bought 16GB of ram until I had the 32GB. Sucks but at least my computer was running.
  7. Ok your system should be fine, Someone else is having similar issues with different computer specs. I have no idea what is going on. I would be tempted to say its a hardware issue that is getting worse and worse, but the other persons computer is completely different but KSP is the main thing that is having the most issues. If I didn't know about the other persons issues I would say do a Windows Memory Diagnostic to see if the memory is having the problem, maybe even get memtest86 and try that (its more thorough than Windows Memory Diagnostic)
  8. Great, so it looks like they fixed them. You are the second confirmation that things are now working correctly with the store files. Thanks for checking.
