Not much of a dog person, are you? This kind of thinking loses you rep in real life too, y'know... (and dogs are pretty expensive, too, even if you rescue one you gotta feed it and all)
You do realize that it does not have to be a dog. It could be a ostrich or a monkey.

Oog. That happened to my friend once expect his burst when they touched it. Get better soon!!

Also, modders, maybe someone could create a pod that has like an animal review, or check animal, experiment. Im no modder but this might be possible?

We have Kerbals.
In career they are expensive and if they die you lose rep and the next hire costs more.

Thanks!

Just a thought: what if there was dogs that you could, for the early space program part, send into space for science! ( more science if you recover them, like all experiments) also for the lolz, dog EVAs or animals in space in general.

THIS IS PERFECT!!!! (Derp I accidentally rated 1 star. I meant 5 stars!!!)

I blew up the legs of my return vehicle for the duna base by driving around with the rover. The impact also flipped the rover. P.S. Does anyone know if a landing leg says: "overstressed" can it be fixed by an engineer?

In rehabilitation after getting krakenified and shot out of the solar system. Thank the altf12 menu to get him back into kerbin orbit. Then he used his jet pack to deorbit. He landed on his head and survived. He's a hacker.

Amazing!
Fire

Would this work in the 1.2 pre release?

@HatBat Here at kerbal sciences inc, we do it all for science. You give us science, we give you ICBMs, deal? We don't want a stance but whoever gives us more science we will help

Only survivor of a incident involving a experimental craft. Hard landing two other kerbals died. The ship had no parachutes and had 8 radial 24-77 engines.

Herein lies the danger of communicating solely through written words.
I was assuming that Optimist was chuckling at your post because HE made a Wright Flier prior to mine and I copied much of his engine design to make mine fly. Me getting accolades for a craft based on his design, and in a thread that HE started. That would certainly make me laugh.
No ill was aimed at you on my part and your not annoying.
I am glad you like my craft! Now go fly it!
ok sorry for the misunderstanding! and I will fly it!

Newcomers may be annoying. They ask the wrong questions, including ones that seem obvious (or whose answers seem easy to find). But lots of valued contributors started out this way, and treating newcomers kindly makes them more likely to turn into the valuable community members we all know and love (and cut some slack when they mess up).
So while you don't have to humour them or suffer them gladly, and it's fine to point out when they make mistakes, point newcomers in the right direction in addition to turning them away from the wrong ones, and be kind to them in the process of correcting their transgressions.
