I would like there to be a real window of some sorts like on the front of the ship. Nothing too big. Just in case there is a problem with the electricity or we want to send Flat Earthers to space .

A Voshkod spacecraft is just a Vostok capsule made to do a few cool things, but it turned into a deathrap. Voshkod is kind of like a closet made to be a boat or something. Its a start i geuss. I don't like the coloring job very much. You can see that i left anti-aliasing on on one of the lines. Shading is also not perfect.

They would be somewhat visible, but because the spacecraft is spinning quite fast, and the sun is in the way, i doubt you would see much. Seeing stars requires a bit of ajusting, and ajusting your eyes to see stars might be a little harder when the sun is right in your face every few seconds.

How do you add the shading? I want to make these kinds of drawing too.

The only star you are going to see is the sun. It might be hard to sleep when the sun is constantly illuminating your cabin, but im really not sure.

I forgot a out him but now i remember watching him again. Sad to see him pass, especially the fact that he committed suicide, wich by far is the worst cause of death to hear about. RIP.

On to another shower thought: Lets say i go on a cruise ship with 4000 other people, jokingly tell my friends that the ship is going to sink, and later, the ship actually sinks. Is that a coincidence, or inevitable, because you would think that at least a few of the 4001 people on board would make a joke about the ship sinking?

Its probably not real. But to be honest, restarting Club Penguin is the most important step in the future of the human race, beshides Fusion Power and Interplaneteray Colonization. If Elon Musk lands people on Mars, its cool, but if he restart Club Penguin, he is the most supreme human being the world has ever seen.

Renamed the 'Denny' character to 'Bibi', because i had a very simulair character in my drawings folder with the name Bibi, and thought, why not make them the same person? On to the Sci-Fi: I drew parasite crafts with the star-shaped pyramid laser protection from @MatterBeam's Tough Sci-Fi blog. http://toughsf.blogspot.com/2018/05/lasers-mirrors-and-star-pyramids.html Im not good geometric shapes, especially not 3D stars, but if you can just picture the cone on top is a star pyramid, it should be fine. It has chemical laser, and the line/border on the con.. i mean star pyramid is the hatch for all the cutting and parasite gizmos. Bradwurst-Man returns. Tracing the shadows of a photograph creates this very cool effect. I think i will use something like it for my *permanent* profile picture.

If something happends 1 lightyear away and im seeing it right now, does that mean it happend 1 year ago, because the light had to travel 1 year, or is it right now, because if nothing moves faster than light, then than must mean time itself also doesn't move faster than light. Whoa.

Better question: why have windows if there is nothing to see but darkness and occasionally the sun for most at the time? The best option is to just have a shared window for the people who still want to look, or have a bunch of live-cameras and screens instead. That wouldn't be easy at all. BFS is a spacecraft that has to handle being thrown around during launch and landing, and has to last a long time with minor refurbishment. If the spinning canister gets stuck somehow, an Astronaut would have to make a risky EVA to not only fix the problem, but also to find it. If the problem is unsolvable or too risky, the spaceship has a large amount of useless mass carrying with it that only causes problems. Not to mention the development cost of testing such a system. BFS is designed to be as simple and low-cost as possible for production, having more advanced gizmos and gadgets that only serve one purpose just makes it worse. I think the best option is to just not go for artificial gravity at all, and use the treadmills and zero-g toilets everyone hates instead.

I think they were actually planning to use 'wet habitats' for their Venus/Mars flyby concept. They can spin BFS, yes, but we are not sure yet if they will do it.
