  2. I feel like one of the best weapons would be a landing gear gun, but my testing has revealed a few problems. Firstly, while the shell can fire at excessive speeds, mine was actually pretty weak but still, it tends to put the shell on a deorbit trajectory that curves so sharply it often missed the target entirely. Secondly, with a high quality one, phasing is going to almost always be a problem. Sigh. If only KSP calculated collisions better.

  10. Cool! Those ships look awesome! I’ll get my turn up in a few hours. Beware that I will strike first, as my kerbals have learned to do that from the ruthless way I “scientifically” execute them.
  11. Can we schedule it for sometime tomorrow? Turns out I have a school thing so I won’t have time to give my ship a pilot or a passable fuel amount.
  12. My only updated warship is about 87 tons, probably more after I update it to a more practical version. How about 300 tons, 3-4 ships?

  14. The ShadowGoat fleet is preparing its self for battle. Around kerbin of course because the whole kerbnet thing makes it hard to do space battles.

  17. Hey! Use the proper terminology. I’m assuming it’s something like flarts in the Star Wars universe, so I’m going to say it’s that. Thanks! I did a bit of work on the x-wing and I’ll try to get a little more done. I know it’s late in the game, but I’ll se if I can make any sort of improvement. Btw, is the Upsilon using hinges to rotate the wig? I know it would be a large amount of wieght, but I would like to see that happen! Hey! Maybe I’ll help with this one again!
  18. Those hinges look great! I actually have gotten basically no work done on my variation of the hinge since I first started due to several large school projects. Oh btw magnet results came back. Got into all of the programs. I’ll try to get on and do something today.
  19. @Darth BadieHey pal! Any chance that we could move this to the challenges section, as the games section really doesn’t fit this. It might seem like it would, but when most people think of forum games they think of don’t click this or guess who will reply next. I feel like this thread is really starting to stagnate and I find it a little odd that other battle threads are put in the challenges section meanwhile we are stuck here. Please? Move it please?
  20. That would be a really cool battle mechanic if that’s true. Should we try to get this transferred to challenges again? It might resurrect this.
  21. Heh. You underestimate the levels of nerdiness I have contained within my body. (Hint: It’s over 9000) Anyway, I’m actually quite interested in this leg actuation system. Could I see it or how it works? Also do you have a working model other than the Cherno Alpha legs?
  22. You should arm it with sepratrons facing the inside of the craft. just line the frame with seperatrons facing twords all the crucial components. It will work wonders for you craft. Make sure that they all fire as the first stage and for all action groups for best results.
