I've been designing a Laythe colony. I've never really done one before despite attempting one numerous times. This is a cargo plane (sorry for the blue filled jet engines and intakes, I still haven't been able to fix that issue) which will be used for transporting items and island hopping around Laythe itself. I'm most proud of its small cargo hold, which could carry a rover for exploring the larger islands, or more KIS cargo containers.

Writing it forced me to think how often the first letter of the english lexicon shows up in English. Even in this discussion, which is suposedly not using the first letter of the english lexicon, the first letter of the english lexicon shows up 281 times. One would expect other letters would show up more often, but in english only the vowels possess this position.

    Why should I?'

So we end the despotism of the first letter of the english lexicon! Let other letters like "x" or "q" be used, not just the first letter of the english lexicon!

  3. "They've gotten in! Our ship is lost!" The soldier yelled into the intercom. The soldier could do nothing but behold the destructive hordes of Borg overunning the ship.
"Shut the doors!" The colonel replied.
"But it could  everyone down there!"
"The rest of the ship will be gone if you don't close those doors!"
    "But sir-"
"I order you soldier! Shut the doors!" The colonel replied.
The soldier took one long look, but forced himself to turn to the controls. The sound of the screeching  stopped, only dull rumbling could be discerned behind.
The colonel turned to the viewscreen. The Borg cube hung ominously in front of the Enterprise. The Borg rushed every ship who entered their dominion. Borg were relentless, cybernetic life-forms who once were living people bent on bringing more people into their collective. They're merciless, evil,  but most terrifyingly will not stop or listen to the shouts of their victims.
"Comms sir, from the Borg," the helm turned to the colonel.
"Cut it off. We don't need to be reminded," the colonel replied, "Engineering, is the deflector completed?"
"Yes sir," Engineering replied over the intercom, "with this, we'll blow this cube to smithereens!" The engineer shouted. The engineer's known for his confident, lively view in life. He seemed to be cheerful in every moment, even when the Enterprise could be overrun by Borg.
"Decks 30 through 45 were overrun. You're on deck 29. If they get further, the ship is lost," the colonel replied.
"Don't worry sir, they won't get through security."
"I hope so. Bridge out." The colonel turned once more to the viewscreen, solemnly  studying their impending doom.
    "Engineering to Bridge. It's completed."
    "Get everything set to fire."

  4. You did not expect the parachute would actually deploy, as you foolishly believed that the Mun was a vacuum. As a result your parachute sweeps you out into space with no way to get down because of the famously strong winds of the Mun.
