    For spaceplanes, I would go with a combination of the Panther and RAPIER engines. Use both engines to get altitude quickly, and then shut down the Panther when you are leaving the atmosphere, switching the RAPIER to rocket mode. I've used it on most of my designs, and it works pretty well

    If you had Mission Control, then you would receive funds and contracts (In Career mode only). What's the point of having Fund caps and rewards if in Sandbox you are given unlimited Funds?

    I see your point, but if we already have a mod capable of doing it then why would it be added to stock.

If it's a problem with the Making History expansion, then you can go to the Making History support forum. If you describe what problems you are having with the game, then we will do our best to attempt to find solutions to the issues you are having

    Apple's business plan is to release a new device every year, so people buy it, and hen most people will use that device for like 3 to 4 years, until Apple then releases a new iOS update that seems to slow down your device, basically making you want to purchase the newest Apple device, have it stop working after a few years, buy the next new device, and so on so forth. It's this kind of 'planned obsolescence' that nearly all technology companies use.

    I'm not sure, but if you install KER (Kerbal Engineer Redux), you can hover your mouse on a part and it shows the in-game name of the part.
