I tried getting to the starting point, but ran out of fuel. That didn't end well.... https://imgur.com/gallery/N8Lnli1 Also how do you do that fancy embedding of screenshots thing?

Most recent CFC video, sorry for not posting in a while. I'm more active on my CFC thread now https://youtu.be/vHE-X97F66A

The BDAc forum closed. The mod might die with it. Video on this soon, I'll post it here since this could have consequences for CFC and other plane fighting competitions

I use 1.4.4 due to some unknown competition I run

Made an aircraft to hold my newly designed rover

Yes do that, have no idea to how get there and where it is

I second this. Actually pretty certain he's referencing our experience here. @Xd the great makes a great point though, 0.5 seconds works way better then 1 or 1.5, although not flawless. I've been made aware of the fact that I maybe should try changing the missile to fire forward instead though. I have yet to try that one out. Knowing my luck I have once again missed a crucial tweakable
-
Of course Well I pretty much got the missile rails as high as possible, with the added angle pretty much ensuring that it would at least stay clear of the fuselage, which is why I posted it. Just an added tip for users to ensure that their invention doesn't literally blow up in their face

That looks awesome! Not CFC legal though :p

The tweaking part was entirely missed. Oops? Handy to have people know how to have missiles not blow up in their faces

I wanna give everyone a tip regarding the missile decoupling and subsequent explosions. Angling the missile rail at 15 degrees away from the main fuselage on a wing fixes this for me. Yes, that means that the decouple speed at 10 and droptime at 1 solution isn't flawless.
