It was a early-Mercury style flight. A Mk1 capsule with a heatshield, attached to a couple of 1.25m tanks. It was a resounding success, surprisingly!!!!!!! EDIT: Actually didn't go to space on my first try. First I had the launch clamps on the stage before the engine, so I fell and my engine blew up. The second time, I checked my staging but forgot to throttle up before detaching so the same happened again. On my third try I managed to reach SPAAAAAAACE.

Yeah, true. Now I think about it, tweakscale is one of those things that should stay a mod. KER should really be stock though.

Totally, but if SQUAD implements these, they'd have to make sure that they were off at minimum graphics, or at least turned down (i.e non-volumetric clouds) so that the game would still run on potatoes. Or if they could figure out how to optimise the visual effects so they could run on any computer---that would be great!!!

Tweakscale maybe, but definitely no BDA. That mod totally goes against the 'peaceful space exploration' image of KSP in my mind. It should stay as a mod so people have the option to use it if they want.

That window is definitely KER. If you look, KER mostly uses yellow text.

In the VAB you hold shift and use the scroll wheel to zoom. In the SPH it’s just the scroll wheel. Or do you mean zooming even closer than stock lets us?

Not actually sure about many autopilot mods as I don’t use any, but you could try Gravity Turn. It does efficient launches automatically. However I’m not sure how well it will handle a shuttle.

Darn it @Cavscout74 your screenshots make me want OPM even more! Hopefully when I have the skills to get out there I’ll be able to install it l. I messed around more with Falcon rockets and stock propellers. Neither really worked. I should probably get back to building my space station tomorrow.

I could (probably) just about live without all of my part mods, but the mod I just can’t play without is probably KER. It’s SO USEFUL!!
