  1. It also takes 4 to 5 times longer to get to orbit. I assume you can understand the problem with that when playing KSP?
  2. The horse has now been atomized.
  3. The horse has turned into a fine mist.
  4. You plan on playing the same save game for several hundred centuries?
  5. Good. A lack of large landing legs in KSP has always been an atrocity.
  6. That is why it is super helpful to read the actual post instead of just the title.
  7. Nope. If you read my earlier posts you will see that it is still alive.
  8. Strange, it seems the only person pulling a strawman here is you. Where exactly did I use the word “developed” in my post?
  9. I guess I’ll go around and start saying that Private Division did a great job with Borderlands 3. I totally won’t sound like a buffoon if I did that, right?
  10. Well to be fair they didn’t specify when they would be, so they could have meant like 6 months from now.
  11. I think the plan is to multithread as much as is reasonably possible. There will be likely be some limitations based on both what Unity allows as an engine, and how the physics is being handled, but I expect much smoother performance overall.
  12. Just saw on Twitter that someone is going to be streaming KSP2. That is unexpected if true!
  13. Indeed. That of course can be a hard line to determine, but with focus testing and community feedback they can find that balance of options a lot of players will be asking for without overwhelming new players with ones that only 0.1% of the community wants.
  14. I think lots of debugging options would be fine. The player can’t accidentally select them when starting a new game, or select them without understanding what they are when they first play the game. They have to go out of their way to not only learn that a debugging menu exists, but also use it If people want to use those options they can with the understanding that they may or may not work as advertised and any issues with them are not priority bug fixes and may never be fixed.
  15. I saw it, but that MM patch is over a year old. I should probably just ignore the other engines in that MM patch and just pull out the one for the LV-909 v2 engine.
  16. Those are technically cheat/debug options. Doesn’t really apply to the conversation as those breaking isn’t really a problem because there is no expectation of support on them.
  17. I guess one thing for the devs to note is that fuels that don’t create H20 as a result of combustion therefore probably shouldn’t produce contrails regardless of ambient atmospheric moisture levels.
  18. Well I confirmed it is not fixed in any case.
  19. That’s what happens in software when you fix one bug, you end up creating another one (or 3 if the code hates you).
  20. Nice. BTW does anyone have an MM patch they could link to for fixing the terrier problem that causes it to explode when entering an atmosphere because of the “21” typo? Or rather can anyone confirm if that is fixed in the parts database or not with this version?
