Do We Really Need Paint To Cover Vehicles?
Barzon replied to Spacescifi's topic in Science & Spaceflight
The blue is paint. -
Yeeeeaaahhhh. Sure. I doubt SN1 will be done by Q2 2020, going off Mk1, and plain common sense.

In addition to the mods suggested above, I believe DodoLabs by @tygoo7 should be included, because: a. smol rocket good rocket b. relatively unknown, but high quality.

perhaps they hold the nozzles in place? I've seen slomo footage of STS flights with the nozzles flexing during ignition. -

The Lockheed ascent module definitely seems to have potential for crew module reuse, since the tankage and crew section are visibly separate. -

From what I've heard/seen, Centaur Heavy has stretched tankage, in addition to the 4 RL-10s. -
Tis' incorrect. Centaur V is 5.4m, the same diameter as Vulcan, and can also have up to 4 RL-10s. As seen in this document, from the 8th of April, this year, Vulcan Centaur is only shown with a 5m tank. This is also supported by the ULA animation from the Dreamchaser LV announcement earlier this year. Awaiting response from Tory on engines, but i am 99% confident in my statement

Can you just like, stop? I, and other do not care that you do not like SLS, or Gateway, or any related hardware. So can you please stop moaning about it, and let us enjoy having a BEO crew rated spacecraft and LV for the first time in 45 years. -

no, DJ means tweakscaled SOCK wings. you can tell by the texture and the elevons on the wing. -
I think we should keep BDB, as it provides a lot of different LVs in a single mod, and we dont need MOLE. BDB has parts for that now.

those are valid points. In fact, Elon promised FH by 2012, and a crewed Lunar flyby with Dragon on FH by 2018.
