  1. Anyone else having the issue that the Expandable Habitat, Laboratory, and the Greenhouse do not have the option of deploying. They are just always tucked in. Playing on 1.7 by the way.
  2. It seems to only happens in seems 1 in 10 times, but it's not a risk i'm willing to take, considering it takes 20 mins for KSP to start up with all the mods I have.
  3. I don't know if this was already brought up deep inside this forum, but my game is having a problem when using IR parts. I'm using hinges to make a folding ramp for my lunar lander, but when I time warp, the ramp falls with gravity and then the game turns black until I restart KSP. My only options is to either not use time warp (not happening), or not use the parts. Any idea what this could be?
  4. Its interesting but I could see it getting pretty infuriating if your kerbals stop functioning in the middle of some important maneuver. Maybe consider adding something that would l allow the kerbal to finish what ever action they were doing before sleeping.
  5. I used to have this mod that would add fairings as individual side panels that you could attach to a base, but I forgot the name of it. I would like to find it again, as it makes payloads look much more clean than just the weird shapes of stock or even KW faring. It was useful for getting clean fairings that would look the same for all payloads, and they usually had nice curves to them. Could anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks

  7. Are you still updating this mod? I miss being able to fly off the Nimitz without being destroyed, but I don't want to go all of the way back to 1.3.1.
  8. Have you ever considered adding plane parts like the S-3 Viking, or A-6 Intruder. Those planes really contrast fighter jets, and it would be cool to see them in this mod. S-3 Viking
  9. Well I guess they are not much different, but they would look better than just several parts slapped together, probably be better performing, and it would be less finicky than making a missile with those nose warheads, as those never seem to work for me.
  10. Not sure I understand the question you are asking. Well I guess if anybody wanted to make it they could, but wouldn't it be a new concept you guys could toy with? The two realms of aircraft ordnance that BD Armory has yet to try out are TV-guided weapons (not sure if that is even possible in KSP), and Radio-Guided Missiles. There are plenty of weapons that use those 2 guidance concepts, and I'm am guessing that I am not the only user that would like to see them implemented by somebody. Now, I am not a mod maker, I have no idea how long you guys work on models and code, but maybe the reason nobody else has tried to implement them is that they are a little too complicated of something. Maybe if you guys tried your hand at one or even just made some notes for other mod developers, we might see some great new and fun designs. From just looking at it from the surface as a layman, it would seem like it wouldn't be too hard to implement for an experienced modder, as it would be its own self-contained craft just like those mods that add the 1-piece fighter jets. The TV-guided bombs on the other hand seem like a big challenge to get the camera on the nose to display on screen (or maybe not, I don't really know), so maybe that idea isn't so good. I've played with BD Armory in different stages of development since basically it started, and have loved the new additions to the mod it has gotten from updates and add-ons, but it seems recently many modders who made add-ons to BD, especially North Kerbin Dynamics, have stopped updating. Now it seems like BD Continued is the only reliably updated mod for ordnance and weapons for KSP right now. So, if you ever exhaust your pool of new features and things to the mod, new weapons for the base mod would be rally cool to have. These are just some ideas that you might use eventually.
  11. But would it not be easier and look cleaner to have it as one part? Especially because it is based off of real life ordnance.
  12. I don't know if you guys are still taking ideas for additions to this awesome mod, but I have found a weapon that might be of interest for the next update. It's called the AGM-12, a fast joystick controlled air-to-ground missile from the Vietnam War. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AGM-12_Bullpup It seems perfect, as it would be its own craft with a remote control, rocket engine, and winglets that you could pilot yourself until it hits the ground. Just a suggestion if you are looking for more ideas.
  13. How is the new version coming together? Is it still in development, or are you holding off on release?
  14. Will you ever consider revisiting Carrier Vessel Expansion, and if so, do you plan to add the Wasp and Essex as you wrote? I love that mod to bits.

      a) I'm reworking the models and they are not simple parts models. b) As you can see i'm taking time to make this as awesome as possible. Angel-125 just wrote a module for me so the helicarrier can fly, nicely.

      The Essex and the Kuznetsov are kinds in pieces at the moment, but I should have something soon. Aslo I'm adding the Midway, Kittyhawk, and Queen Elizabeth classes to the list.

      These are absolutely stunning already. I'm so excited! One request is that you keep the color pallet the same with those dark black decks and the concrete gray hulls, so they look as if they are in one navy. Can't wait for this.:)
