  1. Hey Nice shot. Completly forget this one. No i was reffering of the space1999 moonbase. there are two version for orbiter. i m registered on the forum but cannot contact the author for now.
  2. for extracting mesh to import in blender there is this : https://github.com/BMCDad/orbiter-blender i test it on blender 4.2, importing the Delta Glider and part of moonbase alpha For the copyright i don't know how to contact the author. maybe i ll have to register on the forum.
  3. I made some test today on a 1.12.5 Kcalbeloh with 100+ mods. i finally understand how docking tubes are working. when deployed they can received one kerbal (maybe more not tested). At this moment they can't be closed until empty. funny fact : with only 0.1 T weight i put only one dock tube on a laboratory pod and it s enough to break the balance when taking off verticaly without SAS. I have some issue engine with mechjeb planner. I have to put hover engine as independant. Maybe it s due to Throttle Control Avionic (forget how to use it). Engines are very powerfull. i ll do more test next week as i miss some time. Is it possible to import some mesh from Orbiter Space Simulator by Martin Schweiger to KSP ?

  5. Ok so the "issue" maybe cause by the docking expanding door. I put one on each side. i will try without. Tx ColdJ but not worth the time. And pilots could not EVA. I forget this one. Vanilla is "hard" when playing with lot of mods. how about life support system compatibility ?
  6. Hi ColdJ : I start with a fresh 1.12.5 vanilla version. Very powerfull engines, RCS and reaction wheel. So easy to go to orbit. for me visually the rcs are too big (but i used to have some mod about it) i go to space with the passenger pod with only jeb and bill in the cockpit. i cannot eva one of the two while the pod was docked so i jettison it. After that the EVA occured on the back of the main body not on one of the two hatch. i can go back inside the ship at the same point or at one of the two doors with ladders suggestion : in a episode i (maybe) remember the cockpit could be ejected. i will continue the tests. another suggestion : as i m in vanilla i cannot filter by manufacturer. Fortunately the search field is ok with "eagle". i don't play ksp for near a year now. i have some not easy time to attach the rcs (i had a mod for that two) Hope it helps you.
  7. I sometime had an inverse issue : duplicate Kerbal. it happened on different KSP versions. So i used to transfer kerbals one after one or simply use the in game transfert window. i never use connected living space.
  8. Hi d4rkpow3r. suggestion : try a sandbox game as new game. try reinstall. when you have issues the best way is to link yours logs so some people with the right knowledge can check if your install is right.
  9. Thanks for this great addon. Space1999 is for me the first serious TV show i saw decades ago. No FTL, no teleportation. The landscape was a "know" area even i never put a foot on the moon :)) The music, the costumes in the 70 s were so kitchy. And you seem to create so quickly. I don't play KSP for month now but keep aware of addon. For sure i will try this one. And for all others users, An addon exist also for the great Orbiter space simulator from Martin Schweiger. @ColdJ you re very hot !

  11. Well time to start at the beginning : Ask for someone to analyse your ksp.log as i m not qualifyied for that.
  12. Maybe, if you have install other mods since it may be usefull to delete the cache In gamedata folder there is file called modulemanager.configcache. So you can delete it as it will be rebuild in the next launch of the game. It happens sometime to me (at least 2 times) something was wrong with it and game doesn't work as intented. Plz keep informing us about your issues.
  13. Sorry i have no clue. EVA engineer is for MKS ( i right click a part and i can recycle it). Why do you detach them ?
  14. Quick suggest : Do you use an EVA enginner to recycle the boosters ? Have you storage for the material kit ? As i use MKS it s the way i proceed to recycle some useless parts.
  15. No problem. Long learning curve sometime. Even if it doesn't help it s always better to have some answers on the forum. Have a good game.
  16. I suggest you to try something else than 0. For me it s 10 meters and no issue. BUT i always activate invulnerable vehicule in the cheat option.
  17. Have you try to use ISRU converers. By default i think you have 2 models 125 and 2.50 meters. Check in the part list in the vab for convertotron or something like this. so you ll need to mine some ore and convert it to material kit. It s a long process and if you are at the beginning of the game you ll have to send material kit before you can pretend to produce it locally (ISRU) you can modify you playgame with some mods like Rational Ressource (from JadeOfMars i think) or USI from RoverDude. But it s usually another hard (very hard) way to achieve this goal. I m pretty sure there are others options but i don't know them. In resume if you want to start producing Material Kits, get miners, processors, storages, energy and cooler system. Having experienced engineers speed up the process. check the video called : Ground Construction 2 - Independence Day! (fist page of this thread). hope it helps
  18. For me Material Kits are from the USI/MKS mod from RoverDude. There are 3 levels of production : Duna, Tundra and later Wolf. i don't know if you use this mod Have you watch the video on the OP ? it seems you can produce MK from ore. How do you install the mod ? Manually or with CKAN ? Don 't be afraid to aks. KSP has a great community and lot of people will try to help you.

  21. Hi Halban. i test the mod. I didn't change any value. I mean the default "Mouse2" in the settings.cgf. My MMB isn't working so i simulate it with cliking the MMB on the left side. i checked the keybinding in the main interface of the game and didn't see any conflict. In the VAB all is right : the double MMB for displaying info and with the ALT key to focus on the partlist. But not working with a vessel loaded. maybe useful : in the game settings, layout tab, i choose "french azerty keyboard". Never have issue for years.
  22. Wow a real quick answer ! Thanks you a lot. Your mod is a perfect tool for little memory space head like mine :). i often lose many time to go back to VAB to check what i need. All precious time i could use to crash my kerbals
  23. Hi Halban. Thanks for your mod. It seems very interesting but i have an issue (NOT a bug from your mod) with my mouse :). So would it be possible to have a different keybind ?
  24. For me i never use the steam instance : i have mutliple copies of ksp on other drives and all is working very well.
