The talking in the explodium breathing engines thread got me thinking, what's the orbital velocity for low Nara orbit? It might be possible to get to orbit from the surface by a combination of rocket and propeller, since @EvermoreAlpacagot out out of low Jool atmosphere that way(the pressure at Jool sea level is 50 atm, and he went to -247m, the orbital velocity for low Jool orbit is around 6700 m/s)

Which version fixed this? Because last time I tried this with opm I got infinite loading screen.

Mods I used:https://www.dropbox.com/sh/cf7eh2b4rmp9vg4/AACNClWS1g0NQmA3ISbG50YWa?dl=0 Logs:https://www.dropbox.com/sh/pu93ywomsso7c7p/AADdTrHOxBwtAp_OITCkvcIUa?dl=0 Hi, I'm playing with a lot of part mods, and when I filter parts by size I saw some parts have duplicates sometimes even with different stats, I can still see Restock+ parts that are hidden when Making History installed, also some of the eve optimized engines doesn't show up(atleast when I tried search for parts from that mod). For example, the Boa engine is in the engine list when I filter by function, the Asp engine is only in the part list when I filter by part size, but both parts can't be found by searching. Is there some part confict going on? And if the mod set is fine, I will look for these parts more carefully.

I installed NF eletrical, exploration, solar, propultion, cryogenic engines, and kerbal atomics for 1.9 into 1.8.1, but only the nf parts showed up, is that a version problem or I installed incorrectly? Well, I have considered that, but I decided I don't want to go through unlocking the tech tree again. Installing RLA reborn now.

Things I forgot to mention: Eve optimized engines by @OhioBob and Explodium breathing engines by @Gordon Fecyk (optional). Also I remember there's a mod that allows taking surface samples by using a drill, but I don't know it's name, what is it?

Hi, I want to start a new "science sandbox" save in 1.8.1(science mode with cheat menu to unlock all parts ), and do a probes only playthrough, with planet packs and part mods for fun. Here's the mods I want to add: Planet packs: Outer Planets Mod by @Poodmund, Extrasolar by @AndrewDraws, and Galaxies Unbound by @StarCrusher96if it's compatible.(a patch to make a copy of Eeloo in its original orbit is also nice) Parts mods: Restock and Restock+ by @Nertea/ Missing history by @Snark(don't know if they're compatible) Some of the Near Future mods(propulsion or electrical or exploration) by @Nertea Cryogenic engines and/or Kerbal atomics by @Nertea(optional) JX2 antennas by @Snark PicoPort, Modular segmented SRBs, and nuclear engines in spacetux recycled parts by @linuxgurugamer Pure electrical engines by @Jatwaafor fun(not needed if GU is installed, because that has its own fusion plasma engines) Any other suggestions are welcome!
