  1. @sam972 do they? they don't in my game. I have to manually control each of them all the way down. is there some mod to enable pitch roll and yaw maneuvering?
  2. @JadeOfMaar okay so, that didn't enable usi habitation module....for some reason. that however enable pathfinder's storage module on the MK4 command pods. While I'm not complaining as much (it's great to be able to use those ships for some cargo as well) I still need hab and home module on the command pod to use it longer term. Either that or I did something vastly wrong...but I followed the instructions
  3. @Om0ryou need to set them to deploy/rectract in you action groups.they don't operate like ailerons or elevators on a plane. I set my front left fin to action group 1, front right to 2, left back to 3, and right back to 4. it's served me very on descents into duna and kerbin, and soon will be landing on laythe. hope that helps!
  4. is there any way to enable more functionality with USI? The Mk4 Starship has no habitat or recycle ability, making interplanetary travel nearly impossible with USI.

  6. I definitely charged the daedalus prior to firing it, it gave the thrust effect in the engine and the context menu showed I was supposed to have 3000kN of thrust, but it wasn't going anywhere. I think it had something to do with how I originally spawned the vessel with launch clamps. or something. I fixed it by spawning a new model of the ship with new launch clamps and releasing the clamps before cheating it up into orbit. I also am still having the issue with thrust through time warp. could it be because I have bettertimewarp installed?
  7. Hi, so I have two problems with my craft. First, the daedilus engine isn't giving very much, if any, thrust, despite having a TWR of over 16. I've flown this ship from ike to dres before, but it's now not giving very much thrust to get away from dres ( I'm trying to fly to kerbin). I've tried qucksaving and loading, but it's not giving any discernable thrust also, the thrust through time warp function isn't working, it's saying the propellant is deleted, when it's not. any fixes to these problems?
  8. Hi, I'm having some trouble with this mod in 1.8.1 (installed through CKAN). The settings panel will show up on vessel load but it's not showing up on the mod panel once the vessel loads. also, the trajectory lines show up on atmosphere bodes and not atmosphere-less bodies. any fixes for these problems?

I'm using Mechjeb to auto dock two starships together and there's no way to control the starship from the docking port on the bottom of the engine shroud or control the starship from a downward pointing control point. Docking mode on the command module is just for belly to belly docking, not tail to tail. am I doing something wrong or is there really no way to control the starship in that way?
  10. Hi, I need some help for my various surface bases. They're using WAAAY more power than they're supposed to. the Ranger agriculture module is using 15000 EC/s in argoponics mode as well as other processes using more EC than they should. This is happening in multiple bases and it's making it impossible to keep my bases powered even with a nuclear reactor powering them.

  12. I have several vessels with the Orbital assembly docking ports from KSP interstellar extended. Recently, however, these docking ports have lost the ability to undock from other vessels/payloads. I hit undock in the context menu, the undock button disappears and nothing undocks. I've tried looking into the save file data, but I don't know what I'm doing or what I'm looking for. Can anyone help?
