Ah. Maybe try uninstalling Parallax? (can you do that with BH?) I know that's running an older version of the mod which has pretty bad performance TBH. I may be wrong, but I think the ocean shader is the most intensive part of the mod. I think it can be disabled in the config but I don't know how. Also logs might help

Not sure what the impact tolerance is, or how much dv you have, so it depends. It looks like you are on a slight incline, so depending on the durability of that starship, you may be able to "plane" it, and use the upwards angle of the slope to get you off the ground. You will probably need about 1600 m/s with efficiency losses.
