Release v1.1.4 Installtion Guide Install Kcalbeloh System If you have an older version of the Kcalbeloh System installed, please completely delete it before proceeding with the new version. Download Kcalbeloh-System-(v1.x.x).zip. Extract the zip file and put all three folders in /GameData (000_NiakoUtils, KcalbelohSystem and KopernicusExpansion) to your [KSP installation folder]/GameData/ folder. Do NOT download KcalbelohExtras.zip unless you know what it is used for. Install Dependencies Kopernicus: for creating custom celestial bodies. Singularity: for blackhole and wormhole shaders. KSPCommunityFixes: for bug fixes. Install Visuals The planet pack works fine without visual mods, but it will lose a large part of its aesthetic. EVE Redux: for clouds, dust storms, and auroras. Scatterer: for realistic atmosphere, oceans, and sun flares. Changes since v1.1.2 Added a lot of science definitions, including the experiments in DMagic Orbital Science and science definition support for Homeswitch. Thanks to the contribution of the community, the science definitions are mostly complete for almost every celestial body and experiment type, with nearly 3000 items and 50000 words in total for you to discover! Added the option to have realistic-sized stars. Added a tail to Arorua. Improved RSS, RSSVE and EVO compatibility without any extra patches (replacing RSSKopernicusSettings.cfg is not needed anymore). Added the option to remove Kerbol system if homeswitch is enabled. Added principia support for homeswitch. New loading screens from winners of the loading screen contest. Other minor improvements and fixes.

Sorry for the late reply! It looks like the issue of scatterer. You may also want to report to scatterer's developer. Yes, it's compatible with research bodies. Thank you for reporting it! I have no idea why it happened right now, but I will try to reproduce it and find out what caused the issue. The brightness of the wormhole depends on the brightness of your skybox. You can choose a brighter skybox or use Distant Object Enhancement to tweak the brightness of your skybox. TUFX is also an option.

I believe there are some conflicts between GU and Kcalbeloh's parallax configs. Personally, I won't recommend using the two planet mods at the same time since both mods encompass substantial content, and installing them together could lead to significant RAM usage and loading time.

It usually happens to me for distant bodies in the tracking station. It also happens with scatterer. -

The entries with the highest :star: count will be chosen for loading screens. - Your pictures should be KSP screenshots or artwork related to Kcalbeloh. - Ensure the resolution is 1920x1080 or higher with the same aspect ratio. - Screenshots must include Scatterer and EVE enhancements. - The deadline for submission is Sep 19. Suggestions - Parallax and TUFX are also recommended. - Nice-looking interstellar starships are encouraged. - Don't use TUFX profiles with significant color differences. - Use the newest Kcalbeloh release if possible. - CameraTools or other tricks to make screenshots are recommended. - For those who don't have a screen with enough resolution, this mod can be a possible solution. It's hard to test the memory usage since modded ksp always takes as much RAM as it can lol. The loading time is fine for me.

Could you try to make a little change to this file: /GameData/KcalbelohSystem/OtherFeatures/Localization/ru-ru.cfg Open it with any text editor and change 'ru-ru' (in line 102) to 'ru'?

I don't have permission to access the file. You can remove this file: GameData/KcalbelohSystem/Scatterer/Sunflares/Kerbol.cfg I didn't notice MM patch number but many patches in 1.1.2 are better than 1.0.4. I took a look at RSSVE and EVO, and found I can add a patch to make Kcalbeloh compatible with them. Also, I'm working on an improved version so there is no need to replace the file in RSS folder. There is a test version available in my discord server. You can download and test it if you want.

Currently we have planet names, planet descriptions, and biome names translated into Russian. Science definitions haven't been translated yet. Does the translated part work on your side? If not, can you upload your logs so I can check what issue it is?

Hi Ntinos! I'm glad you like it. Currently this project has been paused since I'm busy with other stuff and don't have enough time for it. I hope I can get back to this project later. I will reply to this thread when I'm ready to pick it up again.

You also need a visual pack for RSS. However, I don't remember which visual RSS mods are compatible with other planet packs. You may need to try several ones.

(2) Increase the SMA of Maelg, Sunorc, and Aralc system for orbit stability. (3) Removed the barycenter of Aralc system to make it less buggy. Added support for Parallax under Homeswitch settings. Added science definitions (descriptions for science experiments) for most planets. Enjoy! Better implementation for home-switch settings. Added a hidden home-switch option for those who enjoy challenge, pain, and cool stuffs Improved rescale config. Now home-switch and rescale can be applied together. Removed the RescaleAll option in settings. It will rescale all celestial bodies by default unless RSS or JNSQ is installed. Added an option to move Kerbol system orbiting Kcalbeloh. To enable it you need to change DistanceFactor to 0. Added an extra package to make Kcalbeloh's Schwarzschild radius realistic without changing its mass. Added support for ResearchBodies. Added support for Final Frontier. Other minor changes/fixes: Increase the atmosphere height of Rouqea. Better sunlight curve for RSS. Adjusted the fixed Kerbol's light curve to make OPM planets brighter. Better planet introduction writing. Remove the sunlight requirement for ScanSat since it only recognizes Kerbol as light source. The wormhole will orbit Sarnus if OPM is installed. Fix the timewarp limits in low-Kcalbeloh orbit. Fix the accretion disk invisible in Linux/Mac. Fix the orientations for tidally locked planets with RSS installed. Remove RunSharp.dll in bundled KopernicusExpansions since it's useless and can cause issues.

Yes, but only in the newest alpha release (v1.0.4-alpha) and not updated to CKAN yet. If you installed v1.0.4-alpha but it didn't work, you can share your logs so I can take a look.

I noticed this error in the log before but it appears to have no issue with my mod since it doesn't use RegionalPQS. I will try later to see whether RegionalPQS still works. HomeSwitch and Rescale cannot be used together.

Update v1.0.4-alpha Available on GitHub (pre-release). This is an alpha release, which means some features are still working-in-progress and unfinished. Bugs might exist.
