The only problem that I foresee is on a craft using the dlc structural panels. Given how many nodes that they have, a stock door may just stick. n object may be necessayr that has no mass/drag/etc to cover the nodes. or, you. could have the option to turn off the node. -
It may be interesting if they went through various stages of disarray: 1.The kerbal unzips the flight suit to the waist, while you can see the undershirt underneath. fairly normal, just the top part of the flight suit is gone. Almost casual. 2. Kerbals develop messy hair, maybe a few grease stains. the females start having their hair float around them. maybe some baggy eyes. 3. Yeah. They're crazy. Covered in dirt, the capsules are messy, tally marks on the walls, sticky notes every where. They have started making sculptures from their hair.

Could it be possible to make attachment nodes attach when they are perfectly aligned with other nodes? Say you have a circle. In KSP1, you would have to strut the two ends of the circle together. In KSP2, maybe when the nodes align, they could fuse together? This would obv be a setting you could turn on and off. just seems helpful for making ring stations/ treads/(mono)wheels/etc. I see something similar to how things work in instruments of destruction(yes, I know that the game mechanics are very different, given that that game uses a gridded system), but some semblance of that would add more possibilities for gameplay.

even in stuff like dark multiplayer currently, it will still work with mods, just craft will not be saved. you just don't load in mods that aren't downloaded, similar to how Minecraft does texture/block packs.- 1,629 replies

What about seaweed? it could just be an animated surface feature, that worked in the same way as rocks that aren't surface features so that you can still go through them. -

I know this, but what is the point of having a massive colony underwater, just to find one surface feature? I like what @intelliCom and @TLTay said: underwater caves as a DLC. -
From what I have seen, no underwater features have been implemented. I have created many a functional submarine, only to go under and be underwhelmed(was that a pun?). I would hope that there would be biomes chock-full of coral, different textures, trenches, etc. I just hope that with all of the new features, having at least a couple easter eggs underwater would bring a new challenge. Imagine having some kind of coral biome in Eve's oceans. You build and test a sub, send it to Eve, and explore the seas, while finding new types of "life".

just the ship. the booster is fine, albeit a little unstable. i have all the tanks completely full. it only works with all three sea level engines and two vacuum engines. -

I went to fence this morning, and sliced my thigh open. The gash was pretty deep, but I was like, "eh, it'll be fine." I put some tape on it. That was not a good idea. I also got my thumb sliced open. Can you guess what I did? Yep. I put some tape on it. I am now laying on my couch with stitches in my leg and my thumb covered in gauze. *At least I got the bright Idea to go to the er after I won a bout and the guy I was facing noticed that there was blood leaking through my knickers.* All in all, a very productive day.
