  1. PowerTech is compatible to mine, you mean MuMechVariable stuff, it's sort-of outdated and will probably be replaced soon.
  2. First, do you have permission by the authors? Did you read the rules for publishing mods (not that they'd be obvious at all), which license is this released under? And BTW, your config edit doesn't make them use the same energy plugin.
  3. I know that it's been suggested so often, it's on my list but I got distracted with the animation part module. I'm about to release 1.5 and manipulationg the part based on what a part module does is part of my future plans so I hope it can be done in 1.6, sorry for letting you wait that long.

  5. There was a bug with fuel consumption in .16, at lower throttle fuel consumption went rapidly down.
  6. That's because the internal spaces changed. You can still click the hatch and EVA from there.
  7. Right-click the reactor to activate it. Note that there currently is a glitch with the text not changing from "activate" to "deactivate", it only updates if you open the context menu again. The reactor starts to work though. BTW kockaspiton, I managed to get the part resources for the reactor working and Mu fixed the bugs I had with them, so you could make them use a resource (or two) if you wish.
  8. Try changing that to module = Strut If it doesn't work it whould be a real part module failure...
  9. Please check if this really copys all possible folders, I've heard that Resources doesn't work multiple times now, and I'm sure that internals and so on will be modded too in the near future...
  10. If you use the same animation on the same part it will probably fail horribly. I'm currently working on improving it, I've got a very powerful system for changing values of the part in mind, hopefully it will work the way I want it to
  11. If you go to the thread for the plugin (I'll make it more obvious on Kerbal.net sorry), you see that the -1 energy thing is caused by not copying the resources folder.
  12. It's a limitation of the part modules. It works with the partResGenerator integrated in SolarPanels_adv_PowerTech without an additional part module, just add partResGenerator = True power = [energy gained per second] AFAIK EPS uses values per fixed frame (1/50s), while everything else including PowerTech uses values par second.
  13. TGT+ is bugged, and MechJeb only controls the active ship. For docking it's better to use the ORDA computer, as it doesn't have these issues. You can use it with erkle's mod too (probably limited though).

  15. The persistence file is not important for things that go on if the ship is being simulated by the game:sticktongue: It could be done, but there's no point in making an extra plugin that depends on MuMech just for that.
  16. It's not illegal to put spoiler tags around images, especially if you have so much to show. It jumped through the whole thread while loading for me:sticktongue:
  17. Impossible to do things like that with Physx. We're talking about making a structure of several million meters size and simulating them with a random game physics engine... And besides that, have fun stacking these in the VAB. Also note that joints become more wobbly with larger distance to the parts centre.

  19. PowerTech-based solar panels do, simple, ones using my part module don't.
  20. Yeah, it's good to know how to do it manually even if you have an autopilot, saved my mission so often already.
  21. Are you mixing the parts with other packs? The MMI energy stuff currently is incompatible to everything. For this pack, you only need ElEnergy, the other plugins are from other packs.
