Hopefully, RWE 3.0.0 will see the inclusion of Solid Waterfall Effects I may or may not have decided that RWE 2.3.0 is a big enough update on its own to justify a major release

I think I'm going to skip the RAPIER at the moment and work on the Wheesley and Whiplash. Done with the Wheesley and almost done with the Whiplash
