Your Soyuz, TKS and Salyut parts are works of art! If you have some free time, perhaps you'll consider the the Soyuz launch vehicle--combined with your "Kerbal Soyuz", and I think you've got the best rival to Bobcat's Soyuz ever since the RocketCo model fell off the face of the earth. Ah, I see. Thanks for clearing that up. I guess I'll have to figure out what's causing the crashes. EDIT: I was getting multiple crashes on loading, deleting the RPM mod fixed it. Arg. I'm on 64-bit, maybe I'm hitting the memory ceiling...? EDIT EDIT: And reinstalling RPM caused the same crash. Well, I think I can rule this the culprit. It always seems to crash when loading the 'VSI' prop from Squad's own cockpits--is RPM modding something in there that would cause it to crash over and over?

Has anyone been getting constant crashes from the most recent RPM? For a while, I thought it was one mod, than another...and steadily removing mods, I came to realize that the KSP log always seemed to mention RPM before the crash. Almost always in the initial load up, or when initially loading a save. I've got 4 GB of mods (maybe I'm hitting a memory ceiling?) in 64-bit KSP, but currently, the hotfix for KAS was crashiest. Maybe it's conflict with something else? I don't think so. That's cool, but I haven't. I'm okay with waiting for KAS to get a proper update though.

The unofficial fix, while works, greatly raises the rate of freezing after loading. About 50% of the time for me. A shame, since KAS is one of the mods to have in KSP.

The ScienceDef.cfg file does not work in 0.24.2 for me...it breaks the science-gather sensors (thermometers, barometers, etc.). Surprising, I thought for certain this would work...guess I'll need to wait for the update. EDIT: Nevermind, bad download! (did seem kind of big at 2.3 mb). Keep up the great work, everyone!

Strangely, it doesn't work for me in 64-bit 0.24.2...at least, the RPM-only version doesn't. Crashes every time at the end of loading. EDIT: NEvermind! Updating RPM did it--man, how did I not discover this mod earlier? It's awesome!

The toolbar mod is up to date, but I'll reinstall it, that's easy enough anyway. And here's a Dropbox link to the Output log I hope.

Sorry, I should have included an image...it's just so erratic it didn't occur to me. I've included a picture in OP, I should have done that at first. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to come up with a log file, since the game doesn't actually crash when this happens--it just gets stuck in a point where you can't proceede. Sorry to have to ask again, are output logs generated even if the game doesn't crash>

Well, it seems entirely random from what tests I've performed. Sometimes it'll happen as soon as I start the game, other times not. That makes it very difficult to test folder by folder, to put it mildly.

So, I'm also getting crashes. I got it to work once on start up, but before and after that, it always crashes after getting through the main menu and resuming my game. I'm running it on 64-bit, so I don't think it's a memory crash (but I don't know what the ceiling is for KSP 64-bit). Here's the crash part of the output log. Hopefully it'll shed some light on this? EDIT: Okay, it looks like the autotag feature (while super useful) is particularly vulnerable to crashing the space plane hangar. I was able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling my mods one by one.

Agreed. Even if the "stock" option weren't inferior (and a little out of place cosmetically), I really don't see why you'd need to remove the KSPX's.

As the title suggests, the 0.24.2 update has created a strange new problem: at least 50% of the time I open up the "Revert to..." menu, probably much higher, both buttons are missing. Not grayed out, missing. And the game cannot be exited from without using the task manager or similar methods. Any idea what could be causing this? I don't think it's a mod, since I frankly don't have many installed that I can imagine would effect that. EDIT: Here's a long overdue screenshot of what's happening. Sadly, the game doesn't actually crash, so to my knowledge, you can't get an output file. EDIT: Okay, trying to get a screenshot of the Debug list ingame.

So, is this mod abandoned? Aside from doing missions, default science values still seem abysmally low and require you chain dozens of science labs together to accomplish anything very quickly. It would definitely be a welcomed addition even in 0.24.

Has anyone else encountered, since updating to 0.24 (and with the most recent version), that the position reset every time you change the screen? I have no idea why that would happen--it's a bit problematic since you have to move it, or it will cover up existing buttons?

I also think it breaks menu controls (for example, storage menus) so that they can't be closed in VAB and malfunction in mission.

I was wondering of Soyuz Beta has some normal map exceptions (since most of Bobcat files did), and since the file structure is totally different.

Two questions I'm hoping someone can answer: I'm using the 'beta' Soyuz pack, that just comes with Soyuz-TMA and Progress-M, because I thought it featured some general improvements from the generic Soviet spacecraft pack from Bobcat. Is this still the case with the Soviet 2.0.6 pack? Bobcat's stuff is great, but memory constraints mean I really just want the Soyuz/Progress systems. Second, does anyone have the configuration file to make that Soviet pack work with BoulderCo's Active Memory Management? It doesn't work with the original Bobcat configuration file because the folder structure is different. EDIT: Looking at the Soyuz 2.0 in the post above, it looks like the Soyuz and Progress rockets along come in at ~150 mb, almost three times as much as the beta Soyuz pack. Dropping Soyuz-U from it only turns it to about 100 mb I think....yikes.

For the hell of it, I thought I'd give this a try on my tablet. So, yes, it does. Then again, people hated Windows XP fora long, long time...so much for skipping a generation.

Is anyone getting an error message on startup with more recent versions of Module Manager? (2.1.0 in my case) due to this file? I'm not certain if it is actually causing a problem, but it brings up a note in load-up (continues loading up anyway).
