Well I fly to the mountain, switch to the hover engine and as I lower to the mountain peak around 6.5km it just explodes, 2 times in a row, quite odd.

saying that im having trouble V-TOL landing on a mountain peak,lol, it keeps exploding, guess its the altitude

Interesting thanks guys. Also I play the game with deadly reentry and Ion Cross life support to make it much more realistic, but also alot harder, as I need life support stuff, I guess why I find it v hard to make a lander! lol And why I rather make one for either side of my interplanetary.

Im looking for an awesome lander that can land on anything and is attachable to a interplan ship, but to my surprise there is little around, iv found a couple of simple landers but nothing great, tried them and they dont fly great. Is no one really into making landers? Ideally that can carry rovers? :/

again this thing wont fly, it flips, to bottom powerful if that makes sense get to around 5-6k over its own nose it goes, tried 10 times now lowering thrust etc no luck

This thing is near impossible to fly, how to i stop it flipping over constantly ?
