  1. What do you need to lift? Try the Munshine Family: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/49226-EXPANDED-Munshine-Launcher-Family-10-100-tons-to-orbit%21?
  2. Building small makes it feel like you're building model rockets. Pico Saturn V: Full size (by sgt_flyer): and Mulbin: The Pico Saturn V is only 1/2 as tall as the full sized S-1C!
  3. I can probably get it to Duna and back. Your rocket's pretty big for a Mun rocket.
  4. I usually turn max delta time to 1.00 and at max graphics setting, so 350 is as far as I can get before it lags too much. My rig a handle ships with less than 300 parts just fine.
  5. They look too long when deployed and tend to bounce too much.
  6. I'm posting the N1-L3 tomorrow*. *no guarrentees
  7. The Area 51 is so laggy. Why are there so many in progress flights?
  8. This: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/43621-How-to-have-engine-clusters-in-upper-stages
  9. First docking in multiplayer with another player! ...And 2 minutes later, I accidentally screwed it up.
  10. Forever alone. ;_; I finally rendezvous with something on KMP!
  11. I think that the default persistence file for KMP should have two ships that are very close together in orbit (launched together, undocked in orbit). That will allow more players to actually get the multiplayer feel. I, myself have never seen another player ingame despite being pretty close to them.
  12. For a single craft, 400-something for my crazy cyclogyro (I know, it's not a rocket): I also built a 500-plus part space station before.
  13. The Munshine Family: And Munshine X's derivatives:
  14. Just a little heads up: I noticed that the launch clamps in 0.22 shift a bit when physics load, which sometimes rips rockets apart.
  15. You mean these? The Falcon 9's been here since January.
  16. Goose Upon its debut, the Goose was heavily criticized for its unusual shape and how "It doesn't even resemble a goose!". It wasn't until the test pilots have actually flown the thing (many refuse to enter the "ugly" plane), that it was accepted into active use. The Goose Is designed to go long distances (not really) and features: - Even fuel distribution - Eight engines! - Double landing gear (inspired by GusTurbo's plane) - Lower tailstrike hazard - Working yaw controls - Autonomous control - RTG Action groups: 1- Toggle ladder U- Toggle lights 98 parts Download: http://www./download/r5v151dbza1x8ms/Goose.craft I had something cooler planned, but this one was easier to build. I might build the better looking plane after this challenge.
  17. Replace the radial intakes with circular ones. On a side note, I built a possible entry for this challenge but it is the ugliest thing that I've ever built.
