Lolz epic fail... the desert planet was named Duna. Time to change the thread name now.

So far all my landers are designed to stay on Murs, but I'm working on a lander that can return to Kerbin.

So far I'm getting a lot of success with the Beta Ib and Beta II. I've managed to land them on Minmus after placing their mini satellite in Mun orbit. I had so much fuel left on the Beta Ib that I went into a Mun orbit then a Minus orbit, and finally returning home.

Is it okay to use a modified Plooto I launch vehicle for a craft? I made a similar looking booster and I'm afraid that I might be stealing a design. Thanks.

Here's Kuriosity it is't the best rover, but it's pretty good for 1 hour of work (building the rover, testing the rover, building the skycrane and launch vehicle, launch, landing on the moon, and finally, exploring the moon). Controls: q right turn, e left turn, L forward, j, back, b brake, g landing gear. Oh yeah, and the rover can return to Kerbin as well. Download To detach the sky crane, throttle up until the rover lifts off slowly and hit space. Cruise stage Sky crane fly away and crash Beside Mun rock
