  1. I'll just make short flights to the Mun and wait for 0.21.1 before doing anything more elaborate.
  2. Personally I'd like to see more color and a little weathering on them.
  3. He's so tiny. Congratulations, nice teeny weeny rover too.
  4. Be careful, I think the Kerbals are the Ewoks of the Mech world.
  5. Dr Teller Kerman: Nuclear physicist and originator of M.O.A.R's Law or Massively Oversized Atomic Reactions.
  6. You might try breaking the image up into 8 separate pages. It might not degrade the quality of the images that way. Also have you tried different text fonts or using bold letter settings? I would recommend 300 dpi for this kind of work if you are not doing so right now and png files also do not degrade text as much as jpg files.
  7. Looks better, can you add texture to the emissive part? Some of the blue areas still look a bit plain.
  8. I've landed rovers onto Eve with just parachutes. Those small stock rover wheels are a bit fragile, so if you can, use the medium wheels.
  9. Well Moho has gravity that is less than 1/3 that of Kerbal and at the moment has not atmosphere. In earlier game versions it did and had a tendency to cause engine over heating while landing. Eva is a less severe version of Venus with about 70% more gravity and 5 times higher air pressure than Kerbin, 507 kPa versus 101 kPa . But no acid or temperatures high enough to melt lead. Dres is a lot like the Mun.
  10. Yes Kelvin, just me Photoshopping at 3 AM and thinking what it would be equal to in Celsius.
  11. There use to be a mod for this. They modded the in game landing gear and some where powered wheels while others could turn like a nose gear. Sorry I can't remember the name.
  12. You are much farther along than I am. So far I have made one fuel tank in Blender and I have no idea what to do next in Unity. I would suggest more elaborate textures.
  13. I had some fun playing with it this morning and used the Octagon Corporation Mod for the rocket. It looks great in the VAB, but had some issues with it greying out at some angles. I also tried different base colors like gold. Think Flash Gordon and War Rocket Ajax. Left to right: Gold base; White base; Gray base
  14. Very nice, now I can have my silver SciFi rockets! Thank You.
  15. Everything in the Kerbal universe is ephemeral and temporary. Eventually it all gets blown up. You ether do it on purpose, by accident or the physics engine blows it up for you. The only thing that last forever is the endless supply of Kerbals coming from the cloning tanks.
  16. I vote for eyebrows, they will come in hand for that surprised look when things go wrong........ Just no white socks with black pants please.
  17. Just remove the 4.0 Dev Build from the Gamedata file if you have it installed. Then install the 3.3.4 version the way you normally did in the older versions of KSP. That is, put the parts in the Parts folder and Plugin and PluginData in their appropriate folders. The only issue I ran into was when I started mapping, I received the "no terrain detected screen" instead of the black screen. Once I started mapping it worked normally and it will map over that screen. I have used version 4.0 and it's a great version, but not everyone can run it if they use a lot of mod parts. This is just an option for those people.
