[0.25] 6S Service Compartment Tubes - "Design smooth!"
bulletrhli replied to nothke's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
The items inside the compartment, are they treated as a single part so that the center of weight is balanced correctly regardless of how the items are placed inside of it? -
I am sure if they halted all progress to make their own engine everyone would be extremely mad. At the time back then, it was easy licensing to get, and it didn't cost them a fortune which they didnt have back then when KSP came into production. Its hard to give direct blame to the developers, sure, a different path would of been nice but at this present time, many years in the development, you deal with it and enjoy the game for what it is, now how it could of been. Things will change in the years to come of development and multicore processing is in the future and unity has backed that statement. In the mean time, enjoy KSP, enjoy this lovely mod by Rbray which makes this game playable for a lot more users, and enjoy.. JOY! Sorry, I don't mean to cause a rant on this thread with everyone because it gets old when we all know this.

Dread, the game runs poorly to your standards because of limitations with the unity engine. It is not the developers fault so shaming the game and saying you have a beastly computer will not make a difference. People run this game and are happy with everything and would KILL for 15fps let alone 60fps on max settings possible. This mod should help ANYONE who uses it, good or bad computer. I hope it makes your KSP experience more.. bearable.

[0.23]Bolt-On Screenshot System (BOSS) - v2.1.4
bulletrhli replied to Ted's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Go to GameData/BOSS/PluginData/BOSS2.0 -
Wow, That is weird, the size should not be that large. Go into your launcher and set the graphics settings to as low as physically possible. Start the game and print screen the errors in the debug (database) menu about the mod. It will show a bit more information I believe. Besides that, I think its best to wait for Rbray because this is out of my hands now. I have not ever seen that kind of an issue with this.

First you say its not compressing, then its compressing but worse. Man you need to get your facts straight so that Rbray or someone can help you. Rbray, I suggest posting a help template for users on the original post stating you need to provide a list of all your mods, current version and if they have modified the configs. Just my suggestion, more than likely people will never use it

[0.23]Bolt-On Screenshot System (BOSS) - v2.1.4
bulletrhli replied to Ted's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
But you don't need the interface for this one either. You set it and forget it. Yes, atm the super interlace settings arent saving because of a bug, but, its essentially the same thing. I may be misunderstanding something, but I see at this present time no different from the descriptions you guys are giving me. -

But isn't the interface a nice touch since you can hide it and customize the settings without going into the config file? Most people don't know how to play with config files and you have to reload everything. -

What is BXSS if you don't mind me asking. -
1. The debug menu has a database tab and it will give you loads of information you know. 2. Rbray has kindly put information in the main config file to aid in setting up your own config files should an issue arise. Otherwise, post the problem and one of us will gladly help. 3. This I do not know off hand, but I think it says so in the config file (texturecompressor config) 4. If you mean creating a cached file then loading from disc, Rbray removed that feature to limit disc usage. He has reverted to run time compression and I doubt he will return back to what he was previously using.
