  1. Yesterday I just downloaded 0.20.1...
  2. As 0.20 modified Mun's terrain I added 0.20 Terrain overhaul to "Changes". Now 0.20.1 seems to have been UNDONE it? So what should I write? 0.20.1 Terrain overhaul, again? Fixed the altitude? Undo terrain changes in 0.20? Overhaul of terrain overhaul?
  3. So you are the dev of Lunar Flight? How good! Will you give me a general features introduction about this game? (What does a mission like, what does the Time Warp like, etc.)
  4. I'm using 32bit Win 7 and a near-vanilla game. In 0.19 and before I can only set Terrain to default (or it will lag very much) and Render Quality Level to fastest(or it will certainly crash). In 0.20 they were all gone! Now I'm running highest texture quality, good render quality and highest terrain quanlity and even trees and rocks!
  5. The torque's really too powerful. And they don't cost extra electricity. In real case RCS is commonly used.
  6. You CANNOT even think it of some kind of reality. You can only assume you're telling a fairy tale. Because WHAT THE UNIVERSE BE IS WHAT THE REALITY BE. Maybe hard to understand... All right, uhmm... You know, this is the fundamental rules of physics, which reflects "reality" called by some of us. The reality is reality. It is how we exist. If you wipe it out, we can only say... You are trying to divide by zero or making 1+1=3.
  7. Because I found KSP Forum is one of the best (game) forums. I'd like to write a report about KSP Forum for others to refer. I've been thinking it for long, now I'm gathering others' ideas. So, ·What do you think about KSP Forum? ·And why it keeps like this? That's it.
  8. So I decide to complete it, don't kick me:D Covered from So Many Wonders, sung by Andrea Libman. What is this place filled with so many screwed pods? Casting its smoke That I am now under Parts of the struct and the cute little engines Tanks rolling free and Kerbals with their helmets Heeeeellmmeeeeeeeets! Oooh, what a magical place and I owe it all to the Kerpollo crash If I knew the soil had so much up its sleeve I'd have land here sooner, and never leave Yes, I love every paaaaaarts! (In the background a heavy skycrane with a part of Mun base is crashing hard)
  9. Dunno... I haven't met any.
  10. Maybe... Exactly... Could you post your whole structure? So it's using KAS?
  11. The problem is the acceleration meter's not so accurate. Maybe we can change its displaying digits...
  12. Do you know some lucky players have 0.005 km intersect with unwanted ships and without deceleration?:D
  13. What is this place, filled with so many screwed pods~~~~ Well I'd better stop, as someone may screw me:)
  14. As for the description in inertial frames, if an object is on or near the surface and following planet's sidereal rotation, part of gravitational force from the planet will perform as centripetal force to help the object staying at the surface, and the gravity effect, causing objects to fall, should be vector G - vector v^2/R.
  15. Usually we don't use inertial force to describe motion to avoid the possible misunderstanding, or you'd better declare it's in non-inertial reference frame and "centrifugal force" is an inertial force.
  16. Well, I guess some features in major climate belt may disappear... Edit: Oops, I forgot the sun... I just wanna ask the Coriolis effects as K^2 said.
  17. And... Hey, in the name of Hyperedit, how can Dres' rotational-interial transition altitude be "0m" on wiki? It's definitely 100,000m, just the same as others except Jool(1,000,000m).
  18. Got it... The ACC meter shows a difference of about 0.01G, which means about 0.10(±0.10) m/s^2... Maybe the "ROTATING" Frame of Reference really do something...
  19. We can do experiments... The 0.05m/s^2 is measurable, and the "tolerance" of altitude disparity for measuring a difference is within 1556m, if the pole is higher than equator sea level...
  20. I didn't mean velocity; I mean acceleration effect. So, both on Kerbin sea level the gravity on equator should be about 0.05m•s^(-2) lesser than on pole.
  21. Dunno... I haven't found the difference.
  22. I mean... Is the sideral rotational acceleration counted? So there's a tiny difference between the gravity on pole and on equator... And foucault pendulum if the game's accurate enough... Edit: So, it's confirmed at least within the error range(bigger than the value to be measured, LoL). Any idea from Modders to make a Foucault pendulum?
