  1. Having a part that detects asteroids would be one step toward making satellites useful.
  2. If SpaceX achieves reusability as planned, then wont the make all other non-reusable rockets obsolete? The amount of progress that they have already made amazes me, it's KSP in real life!
  3. Umm, what asteroid mod? If your talking about update .23.5, then no, I don't notice any RAM difference.
  4. After more than a year... The end is finally near. I'm sure BERTY is having a great time heading toward Eeloo.
  5. UISS Viper, modified with an additional fuel tank and tow bar.
  6. Yep, just remove that evil “PhysicsSignificance = 1†line and you'll be fine.
  7. Anyone order an asteroid? This marks the beginning of my asteroid space station, I've given myself the challenge of using only the Poseidon Space Shuttle for building it (except for collecting the rocks). Before departing, Commander Bill collected 780 science worth of asteroid samples from the asteroid collecting ship and stowed it in the refrigerator (they have a REALLY big refrigerator). I once again overshot KSC, and had to drop the shuttle straight down, and then use the vertical momentum to reverse the original direction, all without firing the engines (it was out of fuel anyways). Now to start unloading all those samples...
  8. Re-download the update, there is a fix.
  9. I design it in the VAB, then I send up each part one by one.
  10. Cant wait for the video! I think SpaceX is going to get somewhere with this.
  11. Here's my ship, currently heading for Eve and Gilly. With 3 big boosters strapped on the side it was able to get to Moho and back.
  12. I use Mechjeb, but I never even touch the autopilots.
  13. LKO capable, cargo bay can fit 2.5 meter parts, up to 10 tons. Opening and closing cargo bay doors, all stock. Link in my sig.
  14. I like the Falcon Heavy better. If SpaceX can really make it reusable then, it might actually get somewhere.
  15. This shuttle is so beautiful! And 100% solid boosters? Maybe those new SRB's are useful after-all.
  16. Personally, I'd like to have .17. Minecraft has the ability to chose older versions, and it's awesome, and useful for many reasons, such as mod compatibly and for old worlds.. KSP should have it too.
  17. Maybe the Ion engines can do it? Remember, you can make the electrical system completely weightless.
  18. The claw glitches, all of them. Null Reference Exception crash, time-warp exploding, time-warp g-forces, frozen in SOI, and more.
  19. I'm not really sure about this, "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" the entire flight might be kinda annoying.
  20. I don't really want a Delta-V re-out, as it would kinda ruin the "I don't really know if this will work or not" mechanic of KSP. What I'm saying is that that uncertainty seems to be fun for many players. But for more advanced players (who like planning out things), what we do need is a mass and dry mass indicator in the VAB, then we could use that equation to find delta-V ourselves (rather than tediously counting the mass of EVERY part)..
  21. When in LKO, for whatever reason, burning when the Mun or Minmus comes over the horizon will get you there.
