  1. The doors look so nice because I managed to fit the entire mechanism inside the cargo bay (that took awhile). And if you want to see more of it, check my sig. Also nice plane, if that's an SSTO then wow, just wow. All I can manage is a cargo plane to Minmus, but not interplanetary.
  2. Yep, and I was trying not to be lazy by posting the picture myself, but you beat me to it... (I realized that I could just rewatch the stream) So, it looks like we have 2 new engines, a 3.75 meter fuel tank, an adapter, and a LES, nice! But no big SRBs... And is it just me, or are there no actual engines on the escape tower?! (I don't see any) I guess safety is NOT first... EDIT: Oh, and is that new smoke trail effects?
  3. Can someone post a pic of the SLS, I was watching the steam, but they only had it up for a minute... Also, my internet is so bad that i can only watch low quality, so didn't really get to see much.
  4. 800 pages? Let's get 1000! Anyways, here's a new ship that I just put into service:
  5. I just fix the water lag, then I don't have to look at the sky.
  6. Actually, it used to do that automatically, but I think that was removed in .21, no idea why...
  7. And that's why the magic boulder was such a great easter egg, because the typical mapping mod couldn't find it, I think we need more Easter eggs like that.Or just re-add the boulder
  8. Wait a minute! Are spoilers working again?! On topic: Yea, Bob is a strange Kerbal, always doing the most confusing things. EDIT: Since WHEN did this start working? I thought they were disabled?
  9. The release seems kinda close now (soonâ„¢), so all we can do is wait... Preferably not on April 1st...
  10. You can't, also there's this thread that has all the free versions. (.7-.13)
  11. I landed a plane with the Mk1-2 Pod... It's kinda hard when none of the windows are pointing forwards.
  12. This thread is very old, and I don't think KSP Interstellar was around back then...
  13. Upload the image to a image sharing website (like Imgur) and the copy and paste the code to your forum post (it tells you which one to use).
  14. I never deorbit satellites because I never put any up... For me, there are two kinds of space stations: A "Skylab" type single part station that's put up early in the save, and a full blown modular station. The single parts stations are typically deorbited very quickly (like Skylab), since they aren't very useful to me. As for the modular stations, I tend to keep them around for a very, verrrry long time. So long that I stop using the save file before they're thrown out. I only deorbit those things when they somehow become obsolete. The only time I have ever done that was with my .19 refueling station. I hated it, it was one of the most ugly crafts I have ever seen and it was ridiculously wobbly (because of the standard docking ports). So when .20 added those awesome Sr. Clamp-o-trons I did not hesitate to kill that station.
  15. I'll toss in a picture: Yes, that is me crashing into it like an idiot (without docking, RSC translation wasn't really used much back then, oh, and the ship didn't even have RSC). And yes, that is a Kerbal trying to escape, and yes, the Boulder was taunted.
  16. The only time I visited it was allll the way back in .17... So YES I would like it back! Also, I restarted my ribbons recently, and I'm very sad that I wont be able to give myself the Ike anomaly dot again.
  17. I'm gonna attach an asteroid to my Minmus base (it will make an awesome tourist attraction).
  18. 2012? The game has changed so much that this challenge is completely different now (the parts aren't the same).
  19. This was about 300 m/s short of making orbit, the Kerbals had to bail and use their jetpacks. But close enough, right? Note that this was only single staged, so making it have two stages should fix the fuel problem (just remember to put the seats on the center tank, jettisoning the pilots is not safety first!).
  20. The 48-7S engines don't have mush ISP (350), however they have 30 thrust and weigh nothing, making them (mathematically) nearly the best engine in the game by far. Just make a tiny asparagus staged lander (no more than 10 tons). It will probably have a TwR of like 2-5, and have unbelievable amounts of Delta-V (for how tiny the rocket is). And yea, that second lander has great stats, but is indeed really heavy to actually get to Tylo in the first place.
