  1. Well, they never found the body, but of course the proper thing for us to do is mourn his death so that Parkaboy can surprise us in the future, if he so wishes. Jeb, noo! Nooooooooooooooo!
  2. The marathon is 42,195 metres long. My guess is you have a new ship called the Marathon, possibly named as such because it's going on an especially long mission. Not sure what mods that would involve. Perhaps outer planets?
  3. I think Fabien is your absolute best character in this series. Excellently written
  4. Not entirely sure is this is the correct thread to post this in, but it feels unnecessary to start a new thread about it: Is there a reason for the double forum links in the menu to the right of this picture ("Forum" and "Forums")?
  5. Yes of course. I honestly don't know what was going through my mind when I chose that particular word. I guess I'll just head off to the agony booth.
  6. That is priceless. The death-dealing, fearless monsters are afraid of Kerbfleet P.S. I didn't realise we commentators were in a race
  7. Nice touch with the mirrored title at the top. Great development of just how evil the villains are, all round. Is it time? Is it? It IS? [ahem] BOOOOOO! HISSSSSSSSSSSS!! EDIT: Hmm, it just struck me how much Bill and Bob Kermulan must absolutely despise each other.
  8. Hmm, not so many replies. Maybe I should have posted this in "General KSP" instead
  9. @Kuzzter, just take it as a compliment. Additionally, you are given a rare glimse into what Squad go through every minute of every day... Congratulations Everybody loves you now
  10. As you say, @sal_vager, renaming it and moving it to the bottom of the list might help. Another suggestion could be to have a pop-up question when making a new post in that particular part of the forum that says "Have you checked that your post doesn't better belong in a different category?" with a short list of the most common ones that are missed. The user could click on the relevant part of the list to automatically open a new post in that part of the forum.
  11. I noticed that there are quite a lot of people posting in "General KSP Discussion" instead of the relevant subforum. The moderators appear to be quite busy moving these threads, but there are quite a few that remain there for a while before someone notices and moves it. It's probably a mistake most of the time, but sometimes I see people complaining that "now nobody will read it" once it's been moved, which means that there are some people deliberately posting their threads in the wrong subforum just to get more views and/or replies. Just wondering if there's anything that can be done about it, because it does clutter the forums a bit? Is the layout not clear enough? Do people not read the forum guidelines? Rule 2.4(a) says: "Users must make an effort to place a new thread in the right forum section. Posts deemed to be in an incorrect section will be moved to a proper one" Is it that there are no infractions for deliberately putting it in the wrong place? The way I see it, if I deliberately place a post in the subforum with the highest readership, I'll get more views. Eventually someone will probably move it, but I basically get a free advert in the high-traffic forum that tells everyone the thread has moved, and they can click to view it. I'm not suggesting that this function is removed, and it's really not a huge deal, so it's not a big complaint on my part. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one who's noticed it and if there's anything that can be done about it? Feel free to also tell me if you think I'm bringing up a non-issue. Thanks for reading.
  12. Thanks @Kyrt Malthorn. Glad to see others who would like to make a difference.
  13. I think this is my favourite set of pages yet. (Although it may not be) The "mmm, bread" *CHOMP* "Hehe, that tickles" completely cracked me up, but it was the buildup that gave it the perfect timing. Well done!
  14. Love it, just perfect. I hope that pilot guy stays in the shadows, that's too good a running gag to throw away now.
  15. If that's true, I can foresee a mod that splits up one craft into two virtual ones
  16. Fortunately for the entire operation, Kenlie has so far managed to get the numbers right. Would be amusing (and potentially fatal) if he accidentally mixed up numbers like he does letters in words.
  17. Does that mean every captain of a large ship in Star Trek is promoted to Commodore if they have shuttles on board?
