  2. On the opposite side of the scale I really like the design easy to use can read and find everything search is awesome, notifications is fantastic and congrats on reaching that user milestone

I initially had problems so I broke the mods up into chunks and added them bit by bit example : mods labelled A to E went in then the next batch of 5 etc etc. With only a few mods to do each time it cached quickly and didnt run out of memory. You just have to restart 4 or 5 times and I strongly recommend opengl its such a memory saver
  4. If you are using windows put the opengl switch in it will give you the memory overhead you need it saves me about a gig of memory over dx9c

  6. I noticed the RCS jets thrust was set to 5, i checked through a couple of other mods and the RCS was set to 1 so i modified mine and its a lot better on RCS fuel now
  7. @Wampa842 it you are using windows and you use this in-conjunction with the opengl switch you will save roughly a gig of ram maybe a little more. I am runiing an obscene amount of mods and I am sitting at 2.4 gig ram usage

I found it was better to break the mods into sections and let it cache that way it was quicker, I have 78 folders in my gamedata folder and completed it in just over an hour and its damn quick to load now. Play ability I havent seen an issue its saved me a further 200mb over the old version Atm 3 = 2.6gig opengl switch Atm 4 = 2.4 gig opengl switch (Loads much faster after cache is done)
  9. Thanks for the reply on my 5th go so have adopted a diffrent approach am going to just load the monster mods in first and let it cache them then load the smaller ones after its chewed through the large ones like KSO B9 FASA etc
  10. Hi Rbray I tried the new version on my backup copy it just runs out of memory and crashes, under the old system you could watch the memory savings kick in as it loaded I am still in the caching phase and havent made it through the first third of the loading bar before it runs out of memory
  11. it works fine I have a reversing camera working ok and its an asset one
  12. I am talking USA EU Russia Chinese Japanese India I have no idea what plans they would have. If the USA could put a man on the moon 45 years ago imagine what 5 or 6 agencies could come up with modern technology modern manufacturing processs etc I wouldnt say it was an empty claim more of a pipe dream. Also i dont really see the point in capturing asteroids especially when a comet landing has already been accomplished could you not use the same tech to do the same thing and just use asteroid resources for Mars exploration

  14. With ATM and Open GL my game experience is far better than it ever has been. ATM was by far the best mod I ever downloaded and the opengl switch was just the cream cant wait for the new version
  15. How is it we can go to the moon in 10 years and it takes 42 years for them to launch a new capsule politics and funding have a lot to answer for
  16. But isnt the whole game .64 scale and not 1:1 wouldnt it be better to scale for .64 and offer a 1:1 the majority will use .64 the minority will use 1:1
  17. I wasnt really asking for support just pointing out some issues I had and how I solved them, but thats ok I will watch quietly from the background now and the pre cooler working why not make it work if there is a plugin that will allow it to work

I too would love to see the Pre cooler working, I am loving this mod managed to take off about 75% of the runway struck a problem with the engines not auto switching modes, solved it by using a smart part at a given altitude also struck another issue I am using Mechjeb it wouldn't maneuver properly under rcs so added some B9 rcs jets in strategic places and it went to 100km orbit without an issue for an Alpha release big thumbs up from me

  22. Hi I am trying to tweakscale the robotic arms from romfarer but cant seem to get it to work has anyone done this at all
