The only time I ever used the Thud was for this thing I did back when I first started playing KSP: It's an ugly overengineered as heck skycrane for a rover that was so flip happy I never used it

So today I stumbled upon the stock wheel configs for KF, and after realizing what that meant, quickly installed it, and boy, I was impressed. I spent the entire day today just screwing around with rovers that used stock wheels and didn't instantly flip over and had tons of fun. The stock rover wheels finally weren't useless, but there was one thing that bothered me. Also, thanks a ton for this amazing mod. The tank treads and the absolutely astonishing wheel module seriously makes navigation so much more fun and easier.

How is post count even an achievement? You can get 600 posts easily by spamming posts all over the forums. The posts don't even have to be that well-thought out.

I can't wait to try this! One thing though, in the screenshots and videos the target seems to be built-in to the docking port. Do you have any plans to add a separate docking target part so it'll be possible to, for example, dock while looking from a window? Example: Thanks in advance!

I have a beast build with an AMD Phenom II X4 945 @2.99 GHz and AMD Radeon HD 5450 and I get 60 FPS in the tracking station in a brand new save and get no lag at all with a 50 part ship. The game also runs at a blazing fast 10 FPS when flying at Kerbin at max settings with a 1 part ship. Beat that.

I'm also getting FPS issues while using version 1.1.4 of this mod and version 1.0.2 of KSP. I noticed it after my modded .90 install and completely stock 1.0.2 install showed a 30+ FPS increase over my modded 1.0.2 install (with this mod). After about an hour of pulling mods to see which one caused the slowdown, I got to this one. Updating to the newest version helped, but not by a lot. Output log with only this mod and Squad in the GameData folder is here. My settings are mostly default, but if you want the settings.cfg, it's here. Save game where I took the screenshots and got the log file is here . Screenshots in the Tracking Station with and without the mod with the stock FPS overlay up (click for higher res): Stock KSP version 1.0.2, no other mods: Stock KSP version 1.0.2 with Wider Contracts App v1.1.4: Note that the slowdown is noticeable in other scenes as well and not just the tracking station. Also note that this is a sandbox save, but it happens with career too. System specs: 8 GB of RAM CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 @2.99 GHz GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5450 w/ 512 MB of memory Windows 7 64 bit Running KSP 32 bit version 1.0.2 It's a shame that this weird slowdown happens, because I absolutely love this mod and think it should be stock. Without it, it's an incredible hassle to see what contracts you have to do. EDIT: Tried the mod with 1.0.4 and the same thing happens. -

look its a KAR which uses straps (aka sTRUTS) and its poorly made and WOBBLES which is KERBAL!!!! xDD all it needs is more BOOSTERS aand EXPLOSIONS!!!!!!!!!! xDDDDDDDDDDDD But I agree, I don't see how this is "kerbal" in any way, shape, or form.
