  1. I've never seen this anywhere, its not in the wiki (AFAIK) and its nowhere in the game tutorials (again, AFAIK) but I found that if you hold Left Shift with the Right Mouse button, and drag your mouse inside the VAB, (or the spaceplane hangar) you can translate your camera left, right, forward, and back. Never knew this, just passing it on!
  2. NC Jindal Public School, New Delhi India. I'm in my last year of school (thank god, I don't think I can take any more of school)
  3. I'll recommend that you take CS50: https://www.edx.org/course/harvardx/harvardx-cs50x-introduction-computer-1022 CS50 is the BEST course for programming I've ever seen. Taking the course is very easy and free (who doesn't like free stuff?) The course can be a bit challenging, but its never boring, and always awesome!
  4. Try logging out and then logging back in to Chrome.
  5. I wish I could go, but I live on the other side of the planet . Can't wait for pics...
  6. It does look quite a regular shape, in a circular, equitorial orbit around Saturn. It's probably nothing, but it may just be a space station or something from super advanced alien life forms or something. Maybe they came from Saturn itself xD...
  7. The parts look really cool. Suggestion: make the color tweakable
  8. How did you get KER to show max TWR values? I need that NAO!!! BTW, you should download Ferram's awesome KJR mod to get rid of those struts.
  9. I'm from New Delhi, India, a single city where the population is just under that all of Australia.
  10. I just realised... those Aerospikes are acting as RCS in that picture.
  11. I'll try to go over as much code as possible (and maybe learn a few ways to handle kOS and KSP xD)
  12. *Casually browsing for mods* *Sees new RSS version compatible with 0.23.5, inclined planets, and Earth * *Goes crazy* Does this support asteroids as well, Nathan?
  13. KSP now has a very large collection of parts in its catalog. However, these parts, rather than follow a singular art design, follow a very diverse "style". For example, the fuel tanks come in four sizes. There's the 0.65m tank, which has its own distinct texture style, while the 1.25m tanks look completely different. The 1.25m tanks look consistent with each other, but look completely different from the "trashcan" look of the smaller of the 2.5m tanks, and also from the "cryogenic" look of the Orange tank. And all of these tanks look entirely different from the new SLS parts, which have a very professional, "NASA"ish feel to them. Similarly, the small 0.65m engines have a completely different look from the larger 1.25m engines and the 2.5m engines, while the 3.75m engines look entirely different from either of these. The SAS parts look very different from each other, although their purpose is the same. And not only do the parts differ in style, they also differ in quality. The parts introduced in the science updates appear more well modelled and textured than the older parts to me, for example. The older parts sometimes have blurrier textures, and models that don't quite match up to the quality of the newer parts. Would you people like there to be a patch that cleans up the part list into a list with a consistent art style and quality, or do you think that the current design is good, and the developers should focus their attention on more important features like implementing economy in the career mode and such? Or do you have any other ideas/suggestions?
  14. It'll probably be a total guess. We could try to get an accurate gravitational field map (Are there any reliable sources for getting these things online?) and integrate a trajectory or something, but I don't think we'll get even close that way either, as the maneuvers the craft performs aren't detailed anywhere AFAIK. If I had to take a guess, I'd say impact on... say April 21 at 4:23:45 AM GMT. Why? Because I typed out a number from the first 6 digits and that's what came out the other end
  15. I'd say it was actually easier than I thought, because for some weird reason, I thought the Class A asteroids were much larger than they actually are. In fact, I collided with the asteroid because I kept thinking that it was still a few meters away
  16. KSD Scott Manley is the best name you could have given that ship . That's really awesome work, Tutumra, especially the interior. Are those B9 panels?
  17. That probe/parachute idea is genius. Also, when I saw the title, I knew it'd be something like this
  18. Nice surprise coming back from school. I guess my homework can wait for a couple of weeks xD
  19. Are you talking about the whole "Stephen Hawking says Black Holes don't exist thing"? Because I read the paper where he's supposed to have said so, and he never said such a thing. I can try to explain, but seriously, his paper would do a helluva lot better job of it than me: http://arxiv.org/abs/1401.5761
  20. Actually, I think I may have some of these codes with me atm. I'll see if I can find them, and if I can, I'll post a seperate giveaway!
