  1. I use hyperedit for testing to see whether my lander or rover would work. I do sometimes screw around with it though
  2. I do not think so. According to Mythbusters water doesn't = concrete, even at terminal velocity. Concrete pulled 500+gs and water only pulled somewhere around 250 Gs
  3. It honestly doesn't make much sense to me. I was watching mythbusters and they tested wether landing on water is deadlier than land. They did 50ft to terminal velocity. The land obviously is deadlier than water. But in KSP it seems as though water = Death. I could land at 12ms with my lander and suffer little to no damage. But on water everything just falls apart or explodes. Is it the KSP physics or am I missing something here?
  4. Interstellar does to a degree but it only shows the radiation level. It doesn't do anything else
  5. Well... I did have a 900 part mother ship in .20 but I never got a picture of It
  6. So when can we expect to download this for testing?
  7. When attaching smaller things like crew ferrys, small escape pods, Solar panels it will use the Normal Clamp O Tron docking port. For larger things like science modules, Life support modules, extensions of the space station of itself wil use the larger one.
  8. Very nice! I am going to wait a little while to see if there are more submissions.
  9. Several actually, Mun, Minmus, Tylo oddly enough, Dres and Eeloo.
  10. I run on windows 8 I just press start, click desktop and close out the KSP tab.
  11. I modified the Nuke slightly to be slightly more efficient and reduced it's mass from 2.5 to .975. Why? Because it's my gameplay.
  12. What do you think? This Core is light, 14t, and is 30 parts. The mods I am using are B9 aerospace, mechjeb, KW Rocketry, and the rest are stock!
  13. 16? Oh myyyy... You should try to make Eve 2x-4x Larger than it is! You should also add volcanoes with Lava near it that will overheat your craft if you are too close.
  14. Updates take several months to come out, and SQUAD doesn't exactly have 100+ people like Bethesda or EA does. SQUAD takes their time to make sure that each update is free of major and consistent bugs. I dont mind the months long wait.
  15. This looks promising! I suggest more moons, without that kind of inclination maybe, at most, one or two that have the inclination of Minmus. Also if this is super Eve make if have more moons than jool. And make a moon have a moon orbiting it if that's possible.
  16. Wife? What is this 'Wife' you speak of? Is it a new Pokemon? (I obviously am not addiction/obbsesed with ksp)
  17. It shall be in dropbox . I personally don't mind what mods you use for the space core, just address what mods you are using in the core part. I have most the major part mods Novapunch, KW, Kosmos, Kethane, B9, Interstellar. But we should agree to major Space Station parts. Like the core.
  18. Lets make a community based space station. You, the community, submit files of space station parts and I will assemble them! Why? Well... why not? Rules: Maximum part limit 40 ( I am a bit lax, if it's 60 parts and looks awesome I may use it ) If you provide a launch stage make sure it has the ability to go to at maximum Geo-Synchronous orbit. Mods are allowed but you must post what mods you are running on it, it's ok if you use stock parts No Life support or deadly reentry parts. You must post good picture(s) of the craft at several angles and describe it a little bit. First part: The core, we will decide the best one out of whatever is submitted. Thanks! For the suggestions on improving this.
  19. Thanks I am starting to get some ideas now. Though the more the merrier!
  20. I want to build a base, but I need ideas. Could you guys submit your bases? Or your modules? Mods can be included. Also could someone show their kethane mining rig? Thanks!
  21. There is a problem with pol and bop. I tried to go to pol, and everytime I timewarp down below 1200 meter, my ship just explodes. Bop has this in several areas but you could tell it was near where the kraken is.
  22. NASA definitely has plans, but there are several problems to deal with: Radiation, we don't have the proper radiation shielding for a year-round trip Funding, it's why there isn't an outpost on the moon, supposed to be planned for 2018 Crew space, NASA wants to send multiple men, but they would need a large space to move around. Imagine being in a confined space with 3-4 people for one year.
