  3. Probably going to happen. Would also help to see if my rocket would be destroyed on launch without having to constantly switch between vehicles assembly and launch with the long load times.
  4. They can switch, but they won't. What they might do is modify the Unity engine to better fit KSP. However, that would use more development time.
  5. I would use this to make missiles go faster when they are about to hit the target. In realistic use, maybe use oxidizer when near surface and efficient mode when in space?

  8. In reality, the power loss isn't that high. Of course, that would depend on the distance as even with a focused laser it would lose efficiency on extreme distances.
  9. There are realistic ideas today to use lasers to transmit power from 1 place to another. It works by 1 spacecraft transmitting a laser to another space craft, which absorbs the laser's energy via solar panels allowing for remote electricity transfer at long distances. Maybe someone can make a mod for this, or on a highly unlikely note, maybe can be in main game?
  10. This is not about more IVA views. I think there should be an efficient way to make interior hallways, rooms, etc. (metal plates not very mass efficient) and I also think there should be pressurization rooms (might go with gravity generator or if we make stations have oxygen levels), some gravity generators (adjustable levels and higher levels use more power?), and another kind of docking mechanism that lets you dock 2 hallways and lets you walk through the 2 connected hallways.

  12. Yeah sometimes I have trouble with this too. But generally if you build it in a certain way it will work fine.

  18. So it's career mode with a fog of war? Maybe you should instead suggest they implement a fog of war into career mode.

  20. Also actual ion engines do perform similarly to ksp ion engines so that dude who said they are op is wrong.
  21. Also I would prefer this to be in vanilla KSP, since vanilla stuff often works well and is supported.
