Because if it didn't, you would get major stutters every time you looked at new parts and if you ended up looking at all parts without closing ksp, it would use the same memory as pre-loading. -

Agreed. Especially a problem for large ships and docking.

Does this count as terraforming? Because that would be in do not suggest list. (i guess mods should decide) The big problem I see is hauling this into space. Maybe multiple smaller domes? Also, how would this be any different than the area outside?

They should only put asteroids and maybe other particles in asteroid belts and planetary rings. -

AFAIK only jeb, bill, and bob will respawn in career mode (at least when released). The 2nd can be done with suicide missions, but yes a fire option would be more cost efficient. 3rd one isn't ever happening. -

Erm kerbals ion engines are weaker than some other ones but are stronger than other ones. It depends on which one. -

I didnt think it was possible for anything to be weaker than our ion engines. HONESTLY, WHAT USE WOULD A VASIMR HAVE AT ALL?!?! -
Just stack some SAS models (preferably pretected by something) and keep rolling to have some make-shift wheels.

This would be nice, but I hope wont make game too complicated. Also repaired should just be like new, but I can live with slightly lowered performance.
