Cool. Considering there is an importer for craft into Blender, if we made a .craft of the tower, I could make a 100% accurate hologram. Perhaps soon I can make the tower. I-Beams and plates will probably be the main components.

That is really good! To do some of those vfx, you'll probably need mods and post-processing. *points at self* I could do that hologram bit in Blender. Edit: oh, are we going to need custom mods for this? I could make the tower.

God, that's disturbing. I remember vividly reading the rules when I joined, and often check over them just to be sure.

Simply put, be as positive as possible. Use constructive criticism. Follow the forum rules, and just be polite. With time, one sees how the more outstanding community members act and speak. If one follows in their footsteps, they can become a great member of this community.

The merge option is kind of buggy for me. I imported a rover once, and half of it was on the floor of the SPH. When I grabbed it, the two halves, now several meters apart, moved as one, and I could not connect them. I did not try to replicate this, though, and all other crafts imported with the merge option worked fine...

I believe that part clipping in service bays can lead to this problem. Try launching with a mostly empty bay as a test. Also, probe cores attached to the tops of bays can have problems.

There's a blue arrow in the top left that enables "Advanced" mode. Click it. Look for the green spaceship icon in the sidebar that will pop up.

There's this thing, it's called "The Library". You can read this stuff for free, or so I've heard. But yeah, we've got like five thousand sci-fi books at my house, including, but not limited to the Dune books, tons of Anne McCaffery ones, Cosmos, Larry Niven, Issac Asimov...

Oh, it's no trouble, I was just checking to see if it was a bug. I can install stuff here, but there's not much point.

Can't tell, don't know how to use Firefox... Well, there are some checkboxes, that say "Enable Java/Javascript", but they were on. It is probably not the most recent version of Java or Firefox, and this is a Windows Vista operating system.

Oh, I wouldn't doubt it. My father is into all kinds of security wizardry. Bah, this is why I use my laptop or tablet. Dumb desktop.
