I'm having issues with mining. Latest USI from CKAN USI Kolonization Systems v0.53.0.0 KSP 1.3.1 (64bit) I have built a rover with a MEU-100-A Pulse drill. It has cooling fins attached to the unit it's mounted on, it has sufficient power. 1) If I start the drill without deploying it, it mines ore. It never overheats, runs at operational temperature fine. 2) If I deploy the drill it mines ore whilst drill started. 3) If I stop the drill/retract it, it stops mining ore. BUT I cannot get it to start again, (Start drill command is missing from GUI). I can deploy it,/retract it but it just sits there, no option to restart it. I've messed around with it heaps but this has me stymied. Any ideas? -

Is DRE 7.6.0 running with KSP 1.2.2 64bit supported? I have DRE menus, but despite some crazed atmospheric plunge I only seem to take aerodynamic damage, not heat.- 5,917 replies

First time using Hyperedit with the latest Beta of KSP. Using the orbit editor I have a small ship and set a simple orbit of 60,000m. Result, ship explodes and sun is seen to be receding into distance as my viewpoint leaves the system at some multiplier of the speed of light. Only new mods I have installed was DRE. Deleted the folder for Hyperedit, grabbed latest and installed it, same deal. I am running 32bit

Hi. Nice challenge. Just to keep things ticking along, I should be submitting this one shortly. It was not designed for this challenge but fits the bill nicely. However it's more intended as a "fly to Duna and deliver a lander and return type" craft. Hence, I need to tweak it up a bit for this challenge to convert fuel capacity into cargo capacity. (This was my first ever space-plane landing that worked OK, I did however, miss the runway). I am using FAR, craft is all stock apart from MJ and PWings, so need to alter wing config. -
