  1. That doesn't seem like a legitimate amount of exclamation marks, does it... ? Definitely cheated by copying them.
  2. Not space, normal one! Put it in your cargo bay, throw it into the planet and deploy! I must say I love the idea of flying on a baloon at a gas giant xD
  3. If the kerbal is "experienced" and you would set a maneuver node which leads to a collision trajectory, then yes! I'm guessing stupidity should play a role in all this.
  4. Ship can't orientate without it. (or RCS thrusters...) Only it shouldn't do anything more complex than a player can. You still would have to set the maneuver, you can't tell it to "go to Duna" so it will plot a maneuver plan to Duna. You're still the one who has to use his head.
  5. Like most people here I don't like the idea of experienced kerbals simply improving their rocket's stats. But I do want a valid reason to invest in a karbal, keep it alive and always retrieve it. So here's my idea on how it would work: Zero experience kerbal - you fly the rocket yourself, like in current version. It's pilot needs to watch & learn. Some experience - your ship can fly straight and steady, and you don't need to keep "babysitting" through your 20 min' long burn. (the more experienced, the steadier) just hit the gas, lean back & watch. More experienced - you would have the option to have the pilot perform the maneuver himself, by the maneuver node which you have set. The more experienced, the more accurately the maneuver is performed. And of course you should have the option to "override control", for those who refuse to have their ships flying themselves :] ... And please, ditch the idea of kerbals improving rocket stats... I don't wanna have to pick my least favorite kerbal each time I want to prove my crafts' capabilities 8-[
  6. Banned for insanity. I hear no music yet u are dancing! :-l
  7. They aren't. BUT why not make them pilot the ship??? The more experienced the kerbal is, the better it follows the maneuver nodes you set, and less trouble you get pointing your ship straight. (all with an option to override control of course) And quit this silly talk about kerbals improving rocket stats :]
  8. Why you impudent son of a gun! *waiter kicks Starwhip out from the restaurant* Waiter, now Starwhip's foot is in my soup! >:-[
  9. Kind of. In that case there should be an option to "override control" for those who like to pilot themselves. I'd say they could make Jebediah "experienced" enough for you to trust him to pilot your ship himself. This would be a valid reason for you to keep certain kerbals alive. Experience should affect kerbals' piloting, NOT ship component stats!
  10. I'm guessing if a Kerbal has more experience, I will have less trouble keep my ship pointed straight, when following maneuver nodes :-/ If it has more experience, than maybe the ship could perform a maneuver "automatically" itself, as set by me. The more experience the kerbal, the more accurate it pilots. Experienced kerbals could be like some sort of "autopilot".
  11. Clop clop cling clop clop clop cling clop clop clop cling clop clop lol :^3

  16. Rubber boots? I have ways of dealing with cheating scum like this ;-] Stick you in some mud. Head 1st!
  17. False accusations is the worst kind of cheating! We're gonna have to stick you in some mud for this.
  18. Because it is very easy to precisely land on that specific spot on that one specific mountain? :-l edit: ...Well actually I do recall reading someone's post, saying if you set periapsis to 80km, you land exactly under it. I recently tested it on a 100km orbit, and it pretty much worked. Perhaps it is easy after all :-p
  19. I say it's air-hogging when you can circularize on jet motors alone.
  20. What if somebody asked Fyre Flare "Why?" ?
  21. Banned because why's a spacecraft engineer investigating a (hype)plane crash site??? 8-l
  22. Returning to the KSP community after leaving? Nobody returns once they've left! 8-l Must have cheated your way back in.
  23. Several types of hippopotamuses have been implemented into the game: - Normal, green hippopotamuses that inhabit Kerbin - Alien, hostile hippopotamuses on other planets - they will attack landed vessels - A rare, deep space hippopotamus - basically deep space kraken replacement.
