Hello! This is my first publicly released TUFX config and my first topic on the forums so bare with me here. This config aims to have a realistic neutral tone without looking blown-out or bland. Here's what it looks like Alright you probably get the idea now. Looks good in RSS, KSRSS, as of 1.3 stock beyond home, etc look good now! There are currently 3 configs with HDR variants of each, Cold (The standard config), Warm (A cozier warm config), and Bright (Designed for Lunar expeditions). Non-HDR vs HDR? HDR gives parts a far better shines, increases the color range and adds some sweet engine plumes, it can cause some serious graphical artifacting though so I have one of both. If you know that HDR causes artifacts with your visual set-up go into Gamedata/Fox's Profiles and delete Fox-Neutral-V1.2-HDR.cfg If you want the vintage config head over here. Download (Spacedock) or CKAN. Requires TUFX and Module Manager. Exploration is really the essence of the human spirit. -Frank Borman License: CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 Upload your changes as you wish as long as you credit me and indicate changes were made. Do NOT use for commercial purposes. If you build upon or remix the config it must also be under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Suggestions and Feedback are always welcome feel free to leave a review in the replies! Big thank you to @SovPenguin, @TruthfulGnome, @ZombieZilla, @apempathy, and @AmateurAstronaut1969 for testing and feedback!

This is PALETTE. A set of customized, TUFX-based color profiles for KSP to spice up your game's visuals. This is a continuation/expansion/replacement of my original mod, the KASA Flag Pack and TUFX Profile. THE PROFILES! There are 10 profiles in total. They are: Lighthouse V2: An improved version of Lighthouse, with boosted contrast, color saturation and improved auto exposure. A map-friendly version is included. Aperture: A black-and-white color config designed to resemble such images taken with modern cameras. Lighthouse: The standard profile. An updated version of Orbit with a slightly warmer, more natural tone. A map-friendly version is included. Spheres: A VERY intense, VERY bluish profile. Meant for use in cool environments. Luna: A muted, more neutral tone meant for environments such as the Mun or Dres. Kerbosawa Mode: A black-and-white profile meant to emulate Ghost of Tsushima's Kurosawa Mode. Baldwin: A reddish profile, meant for use in places like Duna or deserts. Orbit: The mod's old standard profile. It has a bluish tone and bright lighting. Heisenberg: A gritty, yellowish tone based on Breaking Bad. The Really Old One: My very first profile, the one included in the original mod. HOW TO INSTALL: Download and install TUFX. Delete any previous versions of PALETTE. If you also have the original "KASA Flag Pack and TUFX Profile" mod, delete it. The contents of that are now bundled here. After downloading PALETTE, move the "Palette" folder into your GameData. Enjoy! DEMO IMAGES: Kerbin. (Lighthouse) An Orion orbiting above the Mun. (Luna) An Orion and ICPS during a trans-Munar injection. (Luna) An Orion capsule hanging from its parachutes. (Lighthouse V2) A crew posing for a photo with their lander. (Aperture) An SLS launching to orbit. (Kerbosawa Mode) A lander preparing to descend to Duna's surface. (Baldwin) A fighter pilot flying over an airbase. (Baldwin) A shuttle flying to orbit. (Heisenberg and Lighthouse) It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that PALETTE be used in conjunction with other visual-enhancing mods. The demo screenshots were taken with EVE Redux, Scatterer, Planetshine, Distant Object, JNSQ and Waterfall. Download from Spacedock v3.3, 27 November 2022 Licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 License TLDR: You are free to share, copy, modify, and redistribute this mod as long as you credit the original author (in this case, me). It CANNOT be used for commercial purposes. Changelog:

The TUFX mod says that it saves the profiles to ksp.log, but I don't know where it is. I checked my logs folder and I couldn't find anything related to TUFX. I checked the actual TUFX folder for anything, but it failed. I really don't want to redo the TUFX profiles each time I load back into ksp. Was I supposed to do something or am I missing something?

Take your visuals to the next level. A set of TUFX profiles to enhance your visual experience. Make KSP look more realistic than ever before. PROFILES Four profiles are included, all with their own characteristics: REALISTIC My attempt at creating a profile as close to real life as possible. High contrast and sometimes quite bloomy. Works well during all times of day, in all situations. VINTAGE Similar in essence to the realistic profile, just with a warm, filmic and grainy look. NEUTRAL Also similar to realistic, but with a more familiar KSP look. For those who don't want anything over the top. B&W Black and white film look. Great for old-timey screenshots. INSTALLATION 1. Install TUFX. 2. Download the profile and drop it in the GameData folder. 3. Select the profile of your liking in the TUFX menu in-game. 4. Done! CHANGELOG v1.0 - Original release. v1.1 - New profile added: B&W. For optimal results, make sure you have other visual mods such as EVE, Scatterer and PlanetShine installed. Download the profiles

Extreme Visual Overhaul for Real Solar System Hello, This is EVO, a visual overhaul for Real Solar System aimed at providing stunning visuals while offering great performance. EVO is a spiritual successor to @pingopete's RVE 64k project, and is meant to offer a similar level of visual fidelity, while offering more performance oriented options as well. EVO will also be open to contributions, ideally remaining a never quite finished project for the next few years. I was inspired to make this pack after seeing great breakthroughs in visuals for stock and modded systems, as well as errors when using some of my old favorites (such as RVE 64k) in newer versions. ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― So far EVO adds the following: An almost no compromise combination of RVE64k and RSSVE 32k, 48k, and 64k Land Texture options, modified from RVE 64k New Ocean and Atmosphere configs for Earth New 32k 48k City Lights from Space Engine, with a new 8k City ground texture based on satellite imagery New Mars Textures Boot-prints for some celestial bodies A new Sunflare from @Avera9eJoe's beautiful Spectra Visual Compendium Scatterer 0.07 support, alongside Godrays and Wave Collisions An Optional TUFX Preset, based on RVE64k's legendary KS3P preset Fog to Venus and Titan Dust Storms to Mars Auroras to Jupiter Hexagon Storms to Saturn Geysers to Enceladus Lava on IO Much more... ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― Troubleshooting/FAQ PLEASE READ: The Lights aren't showing up/ look off press alt+0, push the arrow in the EVE menu to go to textures and hit apply, go to city lights and hit apply, and if the terrain now looks off press alt+11 and map EVE clouds. The terrain is white/invisible! 99% of the time, this is due to an improper install, read the directions. Seriously. if that doesn't work, attempt the fix above as it often fixes that issue as well When is the next update coming? when it comes. I am in college, working a job, and streaming 2x per week alongside working on CH4 (soon) so be patient and enjoy the screenshots <3 ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― Dependencies: Scatterer Environmental Visual Enhancement Real Solar System Incompatibilities: RSSVE, RVE64k WARNING: as of right now, Kopernicus Bleeding Edge is not meant to be used in Normal Play, it is no longer recommended for use with this mod. ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― Licensing: EVO is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), so you are free to redistribute, modify and copy the contents of the mod so long as you attribute and credit the appropriate author(s), remain non-commercial and distribute it under the same license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) City Lights textures, and other textures labeled in the mod as space engine assets are NOT licensed under the above license and are being used at the permission of the space engine team DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― Credits: @blackrack - Scatterer Adds better oceans and atmospheres to planets @JadeOfMaar -Sunflares of Maar Original author of the sunflare modified for use in @Avera9eJoe's Spectra @Waz - Environmental Visual Enhancements Adds tons of visual capabilities, far too many to list here @pingopete - RVE64K @tony48 - KSRSS(VE) Adds a whole lot of configs that mine are derived from, from snow to lava and much more @G'th -AD ASTRA I used their aurora textures and hexagon storm as they are easily the best I have ever seen @Theysen - RSSVE @Vabien - Kopernicus Expansion Continued-er Adds the ability for bootprints, alongside many, many other things @Shadowmage - TUFX Post Processing for KSP Special Thanks to: @jrodriguez for offering multiple textures, and input on the project @Jceratops for helping test the mod @pingopete for inspiring this project, and teaching me so much @Avera9eJoefor showing me cool things that EVE is capable of Download: Github Enjoy the mod, and feel free to offer contributions and suggestions,

A couple people have expressed interest in my TUFX profiles, so here they are, refined for public use. These are my first publicly-released configs/mods for KSP (or anything, really), so I hope I'm doing this right. My goal with these has been to recreate the appearance of in-flight television footage from the pre-digital era of spaceflight, particularly the footage of the Apollo moonwalks. Basically, if you're looking for something to make your game look "better", best keep moving. This film is usually characterized by a heavy amount of grain, lower resolution, and a sort of washed-out look to the colors in the frame. There are some amazing TUFX setups out there which can sometimes make it hard to distinguish between a KSP screenshot and a real photograph, but I've yet to see anything that properly emulates the feel of the primitive methods by which the early decades of spaceflight were recorded. Hopefully these three profiles will improve the authenticity of your KSP screenshots and make for a more immersive mission experience. All screenshots are my own, captured on various missions performed in 2.5x KSRSS with other visual mods such as Scatterer, PlanetShine, and Distant Object Enhancement. Apollo CTV Camera: This profile is inspired by the television footage of the last three Apollo landings, where the TV camera was mounted to the lunar rover and commanded remotely from the ground and the footage underwent an artificial cleanup and enhancement process between being transmitted to Earth and being broadcast on television. This filter applies a moderate amount of film grain, with a slight alteration to focal length to blur out background objects and reduce the overall quality to appropriate levels for 1970s technology. Additionally, it features a subtle color grading effect to emulate the conditions on the lunar surface and a large amount of lens dirt, light scattering, and an HDR effect to imitate the harsh lighting conditions experienced in zero-atmosphere environments. Apollo CTV Camera (Lower Post Exposures): While the first profile was well-suited to the relatively dim lunar surface, when I began flying more Low-Earth Orbit missions in my current save I realized that it was much too bright to be used so close to a planet or within atmospheres. In order to remedy this I developed a second variant of the CTV Camera profile with reduced post exposures, allowing it to be used more effectively in LEO or in an environment with other bright light sources. The differences won't be very apparent in these screenshots, but trust me when I say that it makes a huge difference in-game. Incidentally, this profile also works quite well for "filming" rocket launches: Westinghouse: While the TV footage of the J-series Apollo landings was the most technically impressive and produced the best image, the ghostly grayscale film of the Apollo 11 landing still remains the most famous. It wouldn't feel right to release the color TV profile without something to represent the footage captured by the rudimentary black-and-white Westinghouse cameras carried on missions such as Apollo 8 and Apollo 11. This profile, in addition to the grayscale saturation, also features heavier film grain and noise, a shorter focal length for even more blurriness in the background, greater chromatic aberration, and a few slight alterations to the color grading, saturation, contrast, and temperature of the image to better suit the colorless film. Installation is simple; all three profiles come bundled in the same config, which should be placed in the "Profiles" subdirectory of your TUFX GameData folder. DOWNLOAD *These profiles require TUFX and its dependencies* *You may copy, modify, or share these profiles, so long as you credit the original author (that'd be me). You may not use these profiles for commercial purposes*

This mod is now deprecated and has been replaced by PALETTE. Custom Kerbalized NASA flags! The pack includes custom-made KASA logos along with my TUFX profile. KASA Meatball Color, black, and white variants included. KASA Worm logo Black, white and red variants included. TUFX PROFILE My TUFX profile used Zorg's famous profiles as a base, and was partly inspired by the color grading in the opening scene of Gravity (2013). Included are 3 profiles: Emilius_Default: The default profile. Emilius_Default_Map: The default profile with motion blur disabled. Made for use in the map view. Emilius_Default_noAO: The profile, with ambient occlusion disabled. Meant for close-up screenshot taking, as AO can form weird shadow lines when the camera is close to a part. TUFX is (obviously) required. You can download it here. I highly recommend the TUFX profile is used in conjunction with other visual mods. For the demo screenshots below, I used EVE, Scatterer, PlanetShine, Distant Object Enhancement, Waterfall and RealPlume, along with the JNSQ planet pack. Demo Screenshots

...A VISUAL COLLECTION Hello! This is the LizardMan's Visual Collection, which not only provides amazing look, but is also highly editable. there are plenty of TUFX settings to choose from and you can customize the easily accessible settings to your liking. With this modpack you can make stunning cinematic videos and pictures. Why is this for? Looks: This modpack is designed to make celestial bodies and spaceships more stunning, detailed and realistic. Simplicity: This means you don’t have to bother with settings. I tried to set everything up to be in the best, most beautiful form. I also considered showing only images that look exactly like the freshly installed modpack. Always up to date: I make sure this modpack is always up to date, works on the latest versions. Just visual: It doesn't change anything in the mechanics of the game. Features: 43k clouds to Kerbin 8k clouds to Laythe, Jool, Eve High resolution terrain textures Stock parts don’t change in their operation, they only get reflective textures. Planet shine Atmospheres High resolution sunflare Better oceans Auroras Fog Important note! This modpack is currently under development. bugs can easily occur in it.
