O well, lets move on.

I made a new toy for any one to play with :lol: (not a good flyer, only A.I. can fly it, but it looks cool )

Some while ago, on January 1st to be exact, a tournament was started (Check page 51).  It took a while, and much technical difficulty, but finally I am proud to present to you, the (almost) complete collection. 

To satisfy your bloodlust for seeing Kerbal pilots strapped to planes they can't control, built by cruel engineers for the sole purpose of murder, and piloted by merciless robotic killing machines.... 

Explosions!  Combat sports!  Betrayal!  Romance!  Occasionally, suicide!  

CreativeCombat's Second Top Gun AI tournament! (The first one was better.)  

Final round in production, I'm going to make it something special. 

Tell me what I did great!  Tell me what I did wrong!  Please give me some criticism so I can improve as a tournament host, I'm in dire need of it!  I'm not just magically going to get better, it's not like you're going to hurt my feelings.

My plane did really well for me throwing it together in 5 minutes and doing no testing whatsoever.

I thought it was a hard deadline, and afterwards my mom deleted KSP for playing it at school.

I'm glad to see the tourney is still going! I have a new plane which I think is master of the air however I was thinking of starting a brand new thread for a new tourney with the latest version of BD A using the latest tools it offers. Would anyone be interested?

I would recommend waiting until April 1st to start that tournament.  I have some plans.

I've been running additional matches so there will be no question as to the victor, and both combatants are tied up again after five matches, meaning this is STILL not the final video.  It is all I can upload tonight, though, and a TECHNICAL but not literal conclusion to the tournament.

OK, I was considering making a new Top Gun thread today however with the new version of KSP perhaps 2 weeks away I think it would be better to wait till then and then wait till BD Armoury supports the new version. That way everyone can start fresh and new. :) I will be using BD Armoury's built in tourney mode and fly and film battles around the KSP as my system should handle it. Plane crafts will be limited to 100 parts and I will probably tweak the rules and points a little to compensate for some of the changes that have been made in BD A.

Sorry if that is a long time to wait but I think it will be worth it! Likely it will be best of 5 1v1 battles unless there are any objections. I can do 2v2 if it is preferred.

Never mind.  I'm done with this nonsense.  The forum just ate my very clearly described, carefully formatted post that I've been working on for the past four hours, which I could have spent doing schoolwork, exercising, or talking to fun people.  I don't want to do this, it isn't fun for me any more.  I just wanted to open the new thread and run one more tournament to get things going before abandoning Top Gun AI altogether, but apparently I can't even do that on this garbage new forum, so I'm just leaving.  I leave the future of Top Gun AI in the hands of everyone else, figure yourselves out.  This isn't fun for me any more, it hasn't been for a while, I only hosted the last tournament to try and keep things going.  I only hosted the first tournament because I disliked the poor quality and slow upload speed of Alphasus' tournament.  Please enjoy yourselves and have a wonderful day. 

I'm done.  Good luck, SasquatchM is a good guy.  Please convince him to open a new thread since this one is nonsense on account of the fact that the OP isn't updated.

Sadly I recommend that this thread be closed and any future Top Gun Tournaments be concluded until everybody had KSP 1.1 in their possession and a working BDArmoury mod as well.

Thank you CreativeCombat for hosting the last tournament, and despite the issues at hand, your efforts are appreciated.
