Yeah, I also really need it as Zumwalt can be easily done with b9 procedural wings while keeping part count quite low, while ships like this one require 190 parts only for hull.

We have the 12.000lb Tallboy, what about the 22,000lb Grand Slam?

A few more torp tube variants

Pom-Poms, single, twin, quad and octuple

casemate style guns 

RP-3

large caliber aircraft guns, 37mm (Ju-87), 50mm, 57mm 6pdr Molins, 75mm

Some are on the list, not including those without achievements against ships, like the Grand Slam

Both Kerwis and Ladeng have mentioned similar ideas and I've no reason to reject that. There's quite a chance to be a cold war or even modern pack after NAS, but that one will not be under my direction

How about this: you just make a NAS category (sph,vab) for WW2 and when you start a new pack you use a different category (f.e. cold war) so all users will be able to see what weapons can be used at the time period their ship is in.

Then we'll need a plugin but at this point none of us knows how to do it. We'll wait and see.

Is there a possibility to change the muzzle/fire smoke animation into a bigger one?

If I look at the config files I see ...

hasFireAnimation = true
	fireAnimName = m1

... but I can't find the animation. The tiny puffs don't really correspond with the immense clouds & fireballs produced in real life.xm0mk2o.jpg

Harpwner did very well with his fire animation. Maybe ask him? He is the one who made them so maybe he could also scale up baha's.

sounds like a fun project if you ask me :D

Firing animations are binded with turret models.

We know how to do it and I've mentioned this to our modelers earlier, they said it'll be hard with some original model files missing.

well really I was thinking of sending you some prefabs or something with empties... finding a way to just send you the particle stuff

 

and if anything else, sending you the values. Sure you don't want my input? :P

I need it, really. Our modelers don't like to adjust particle effects frequently

Also i notized today the type 90-88 bomb doesnt hit where its suppost to.

I thought a good ol' progress report was in order so here ya go:

Tell me what you think, I may refine it further but I should move on to the smaller guns now.

For convenience purposes, the prefabs I created should be very easy to apply, just drag, drop, and place!

Edit: no audio because I was in a Skype call and watching The Big Bang Theory, just make your own sound effects
