Dry Center of Mass?

Yeah adding a toggle on the CoM button for wet/dry loads would be nice. Supported.

Honestly I'd find it more useful to have both showing all the time, as RCS Build Aid does it. Being able to directly compare them is pretty handy, especially when building planes.

Anyway, +1 to this suggestion, it's really useful functionality.

That brings up, though, that it'd be nice to be able to toggle chairs as occupied or not in the VAB/SPH.

No, Jeb, you can not have that seat.  That seat is for Bob.  Bob is stuck in space now.  We have to get him.  That's his seat.

yes, I support this too. But, being the demanding so and so that I am, I want more.
I'd like a master fuel slider that lets you drain the fuel (either all fuels, or just those selected) gradually, either across all stages or just for a single stage. That would let you see how the COM changes during flight.  For each tank the master slider would take whatever value you've adjusted the fuel to as it's 100% value, so for example if you had two tanks; one completely full and one half full, then when you brought the slider down to half, the full tank would now have 50% and the half full one would be down to 25%. Then when you return the slider to full the fuel levels would be back to what you'd set them to (one full and one half full).
This is mostly for spaceplane design, I don't see it being as useful for rocket/landers and for spaceplanes if it altered the levels on all stages that would be ok, but stage by stage control would be ideal. Ideally what I want is a mixing board type interface with a slider per stage and one master slider that changes all stages.

Ever since I saw its implementation in RCS Build aid I thought for sure that it would become stock by now. Obviously not, therefore, I support the motion wholeheartedly. Very useful for aircraft/spaceplanes or designing an asymmetric rocket or Space Shuttle clone.
