step five Watch as your kerbals die due to no parachutes.

I think step two should be, add the parachutes but forget to stage them and watch you rocket lift off a few meters before the chutes deploy and tumble you back to Keribn.

Launch a rescue mission - don't forget snacks.

Step 6 - build a rescue mission for the rescue mission, and launch it into space and get to Duna only to realize you're out of electricity with no solar panels.

Step 7 - revert to VAB and add solar panels. But the game crashes right before you save it.

Step 8 - return to KSP after a month of being bored with it and launch the rescue mission with the craft you built a month ago. Get it all the way to Duna but realize you forgot the solar panels again.

Step 9: repeat steps 7-8.

Step 21: Build a massive rocket, then put it on the pad and press 'space'. Watch it fall on and destroy the launchpad because the engines weren't staged to ignite when the launch clamps release,

step 31: install huge folded solar panels, skip the batteries and use LV-909 engines (which don't generate EL). lost in space 2.0,

step 33: first-time aerobrake attempt in Jool... Jeb approved 2.0,

step 34: place no reaction wheels on space station. docking joy 1.0,

step 35: place reaction wheels on space station, but forget to unfold the solar panels. docking joy 2.0,

step 36: place reaction wheels on space station, unfold solar panels, but forget to SAS it into normal/antinormal before docking (ports constantly flip along X/Y). docking joy 3.0,
