To put Saturn between Earth and Sun would cause more than insignificant gravitational perturbations, likely causing Earth to enter a more eccentric orbit where temperatures rise during perihelion and drop during aphelion. It could also trigger later interactions with Venus or Mars that could further exaggerate Earth's orbit, and by extension worldwide climates.

So, you would be the supervillain and this power is not useless.
