Just like they "allowed" a J-20 to be photographed at fairly high resolution without its camouflage paint, highlighting the sensors and antennas of the aircraft. And the Chinese have a VERY good firewall for catching those pics if they don't want them released. TL;DR: Assume that any such "leaked" photo has been allowed to leak on purpose to send a message to interested parties, i.e intelligence agencies. The firewall is good, but VPNs are better. Anyway, expect a chinese spaceX booster in 10 years.

XB-70A
The CNES has shared a 3 minutes long video of today's CFOSat launch: First time I'm seeing a whole CZ-2C launch until the first stage separation.
linuxgurugamer
Very interesting. Observed the ice falling off for the rocket at Ignition and for the 1st few seconds afterwards

Observed the ice falling off for the rocket at Ignition and for the 1st few seconds afterwards I don't think that's ice... I think it's insulation panels around the fairing to reduce the environmental system demands while on the pad. IIRC, a lot of earlier American and European satellite launchers used the same approach. XB-70A
Come on CNSA... every time we can clearly see the perfect on-board camera shot transmitted to the control room, with a nice 3d model, and the real external view too. To have a sight of these without being able to enjoy them more than 5 seconds is torture. Let's hope they will release more data about this important flight (they did it for the failure of CZ-5, after-all )
