Currently there are no camera positions in the windows.

So no, your game is not bugged.

Alright thanks! Also only reason I asked is after the 1.4 release I was unable to perform IVA's or see any Kerbal in the bottom right of the screen despite only using a mk1 command pod. luckily the making history update seam to fix all of my issues :D

I was wondering this myself, whether this will be addressed or not.  I feel like they should be there, and their lack of inclusion is either a bug or the result of a time constraint.  Scott Manley brought it up to RoverDude during the launchcast, but he just kind of nodded in acknowledgement that they were missing.  The IVA views are really nice in the new pods, and the pod interiors are very nice too, but not being able to click the windows for a great view is a big let down.

They've got to put them in, right?  I'm not alone in sort of expecting them to have this functionality?

DIY Fix - Create a number of models in Unity that consist of a single transform, named uniquely.  Add Part-Tools, and export to .mu models.  Add these models to the INTERNAL config (using a MODEL node, with properly specified position/rotation values), along with the necessary window-clicking modules (reference the name of the transform from the model you exported from Unity).

Source -- I've done this to add extra seats/etc to stock IVAs.  Basically you are adding a new model just to add a transform so you can reference that transform in the window-click module (or in my case the kerbal seat module).

(certainly not the simplest of fixes; you need to use Unity Editor to create and export the models, as well as somehow finding out the proper position/rotation for those models/transforms)
(yes, the problem should just be fixed in stock...)
