trbinsc
I can't really make a new image right now, but I'll get one up soon.
macintux
How do you get Adobe Audition/Audacity to record the sound? It only wants to record my microphone. You should be able to choose a input source in audacity under the options.
NIN3
So, How do I take a sound file I have and make in...picturafy? my program (mmsstv) bitterly refuses to open .wav files, and RX-SSTV refuses to do anything at all. (Gives me a null sound card)
pisabh
Looks like your track is set on "private" on Soundcloud, so we can't access it. You can change it in the track's settings...I set my Soundcloud on public.

Fabri91
What mode were these encoded to? I can't seem to be able to get a valid picture using MMSSTV, which tries to decode them using Robot 36.
trbinsc
Yeah, I'm not having any luck decoding those last two.
Enture
Wow, those are tough ones! I tried all the modes (about 30 or so?) of the MultiMode program, and the "least bad" results I managed to obtain were with Martin M1 and M3:Maybe we have to mess around a bit with the signal first?...
macintux
They are encoded using robot 36, same as everything else I have uploaded, try turning up the volume and setting slant and sync to automatic.
Enture
Well, I've been messing around with the slant, and with sync also, but that's the best picture I can get in Robot 36, I swear. The program just won't allow for more correction.
macintux
Really?I have slant and sync set to automatic, no issues here.I'm using MMSTV.
LaydeeDem
So, How do I take a sound file I have and make in...picturafy? my program (mmsstv) bitterly refuses to open .wav files, and RX-SSTV refuses to do anything at all. macintux
put your headphones on high volume really close to mic and play the sound. If you have a PC you can just record from your soundcard's output using Audacity.

TouhouTorpedo
I didn't think it'd be as much fun just to stick a picture in a program, so...http://soundcloud.com/touhoutorpedo/sstv-code-test-4Improved version: Use RX-SSTV if you can.
